If so, then tell them that it's in company's standard format. If not, then explain why formats are same. JUst tell them the truth. May be, your present supervisor followed the format of the letter from your previous supervisor.
Also, add the documents i mentioned in previous message. Dont worry. I also faced the same problem. just provide all the documents & tell them the truth. You will get cleared for sure.
