The day you land in Canada, you become Permanent Resident of CA and can start enjoying all benefits entitled to PR.
Therefore, all day counts start from the day you landed/your documents get stumped in CA. PR card is just a mere formality, you can happily survive with your landing document (without your PR card) if you don't need to leave CA.
Hope this helps,

Well guys, today two applicants got the expected "Rejection Letter" after massive DM rain. But the cause they have shown is completely illogical, unacceptable and irrational. Everybody got the same format and text of rejection letter although their NOC is fully different.

They shown the main cause as "JD is not matching/covering the NOC/lead statement" ! ! ! Nobody's JD is matching ! Nobody !

It was gamble and due to pressure from Canada to clear all files, SGVO quickly reacted in negetive way and rejected all 20/25 innocent applicants.

Today again three applicants got DM from NOC 911. Previous rejection NOC were 0013, 0111, 0112, 0113 & 1111. So the rejection number will increase till clearing the backlogs.

All unauthorized agent case must get rejection as SGVO is now rejecting all clean & innocent files.

Who will raise voice against SGVO by appeal ? Who can draw the attention of Canadian Prime Minister "Justin Trudeu".

"JUSTICE HAS BEEN DENIED "

Hi

Anybody ordered GCMS ? As many say, if there is JD is not match then it can see in notes and providing updated job letter can save from rejection.

You do not need any authorization letters for your family members. Just take all the passports along with a photocopy of bio page of each passport and submit at VFS with other documents you are requested to send in the PPR letter. However, make sure you take the FULL PPR letter and BDT 2,569/- cash for each passport. You can submit between 9-5 (Sun-Thu). Thanks.

Dear All,
Alhamdulillah!
After 5.25 years, today I have received PPR. Thanks to every body here for providing support all the times! Thanks to falam, rumel bhai, deserfox also since I took lots of support for the last 3 months from them.

I'm asked to submit Photos, Passport & Appendix B (form need to fill with info like name, date of birth, PP no. etc for spouse and Son)

It Also states-
Residents of BANGLADESH
Submit passports to the Canada Visa Application Centre in Dhaka
For address, service hours, and instructions for how to submit passports through the
Canada Visa Application Centres in Bangladesh, visit this website:
www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/bangladesh/

My Query-
What do I need to submit PP of my wife and Son to VFS? Any Authorization letter?

What else (document/info required) for VFS?

Please guide me.

regards

Dear Canada_MAP,

Do I need to submit my current passport along with all previous expired passports? Or just the current passport which I've mentioned during applying? Regarding my Spouse's passport, I've already submitted for re-issue as it would be expiring soon, so after getting, should I attach along with the old one or just send the new one? Should I raise a CSE before sending for this issue? Or Should I explain & enclose a cover letter? And do I need to make notary of Passports photocopy which you've suggested to submit at VFS or just normal photocopy? Please suggest.

Thank you in advance,

Kind regards

PPR mail outlines everything you need to submit. Usually, only valid passports are required unless you or your family members hold valid temporary
resident visa, study permit, or work permit for Canada. If you or your family members do not have one of these then no need to attach the expired passports. This is what I know. However, there is no harm in raising a CSE.

Still showing in process..
I just stopped hoping any miracle about Canada. I'm happy with my current life...:)
Just hope that active participants in this forum like desert fox and bright Angel and also others get the chance to prove themselves..:(
They just can't be denied without the chance of proving themselves. Its injustice..:(

You need to live (physically present) inside Canada for at least 4 out of 6 years right after landing in order to be eligible for citizenship. This used to be 3 out of 5 years even in last year, but not anymore. But I never heard of 2 out of 5 years. Furthermore, you can count the days from the day you land/enter Canada as a PR (nothing to do with PR card as someone else already mentioned).

On a side note, if you take vacations/holidays outside Canada for the time above, please keep a track. You will need to fill out all your absences when you apply for Citizenship in future. You can still extend your PR status if you fail to live 4 out of 6 years. But it's highly recommended that you apply for citizenship on due time.

You are expected to receive another email and SMS from VFS later today when the passports despatched from VFS. After that you can track with the tracking id.

Dear Uttara11,

I've got the ppr as same like yours. However, What all the things did you submit and what else VFS needs rather than required ppr mail? like PP photocopy etc.? From where did you shoot the photos? Did you attach any cover letter? Pls. mention. I've submitted my spouse's passport to be re-issued as it would expire soon. Do I need to submit her old passport along with new one? Do I need to submit my old expired passports along with new one, I don't have any valid Canadian visa on that. Do my spouse need to be present in person for submission or I can submit on behalf & collection procedure aswel? Kindly share the experience of your VFS submission.

Thank you in advance,

Kind regards

Dear All,

Today I have got a postal mail from SGVO. They've sent money receipt of CAD 1100 from CIC which I had submitted during lodgement of my application to CIC, Sydney, NS and 8 (4+4) copies Photo of my spouse & mine aswel though they have requested to send recent photos for both with newly changed specified size by CIC in my PPR mail and there was no letter inside.

My question, is it normal to get such postal mail? Please share your experience.

Thank you,

Kind regards
