This is a great news for those who applied through unauthorized agent

1. I met one person in CIIP session on 12/01/2016. He is also in Forum(I am not mentioning his name). He applied through Visa Center. He got PF about his job and unauthorized agent. He supplied all evidences and explain clearly that he used VC to take help but all process he has done by himself. Also He showed that he took help from GED for IELTS. So, he mentioned that these type of help he has taken for the clarification. He convinced with his explanation and got the VISA

2. Today one of the forum members got the MR who applied through World Immigration Services(Amir Group). He is very well know in the forum as well(I am hiding his name). He got PF on November 7 regarding using "Concealed Agent" and he replied all the truth of the agent and explain the reality and mention what he has taken the action against them.

3. I know one person who applied through SA Associates and got the PF on October regarding unauthorized agent. He just got the VISA recently.
He explained the truth and deceived by the Advertisement of the Agent. He explained details with evidences. Within 1 week of reply, he got MR. I heard another 3 applicants of SA Associates also got the VISA after explaining the reason of taking help from them.

So, the conclusion is, all unauthorized agent's clients not getting banned. Who explained truthfully got the MR/VISA. If anyone hide this and explain without any stand points then they must be rejected and banned. Keep all evidences and prepare the explanation and take the evidence for taking action against them.

I know about you is that you already informed with additional docs and other things. It will take time. Same things already did by others with you. So, wait for their reply. If any one get the reply others will get also.

and if you are the member of the group 'Destination Canada' or 'কানাডা বন্ধুসভা - Teach & Learn' in fb you will find a pdf file named 'faq' in files section which is uploaded by me. read question and answer no. 15.

I know about you is that you already informed with additional docs and other things. It will take time. Same things already did by others with you. So, wait for their reply. If any one get the reply others will get also.

Half of us send docs with apology letter. But few of us like me send updated docs without apology letter. As its taking too much time for reply consultant suggest us to send that missing apology letter now. For that I asked you bro. Should we forward or wait some more to get any update.

It's important to mention who send that letter along with their file most of them got pf or faster reply.

As you already communicated for that reason once, now just wait. You should give it with other documents when you informed them.

For the same reason, you should not communicate again and again. They would be felt bother instead of giving you good feedback. Just keep patience and wait. Keep faith on Allah(SWT).

What is the expiry date of your COPR / VISA ?

Last date of entry is just one year after when my medical was done! So I have very short time left to pack..
