I have just got the PF yesterday. I haven't replied yet as currently I am arranging documents to reply.

In the PF they stated:

I have noted too many similarities in text and format in these documents ostensibly provided by two different and distinct entities and at different times to be coincidental

Actually I think the problem occurred as I have submitted 4 Letters. Amongst the letter the first two was appointment letters. The first letter was of my first joining before I went for higher studies and second appointment letter after I came back from my study. These were given in the letter head pad of a Factory of Hammem Group.

And then I have been transferred to Hameem group head office where I am still working. From here I took the promotion letter and My job reference letter in the pad of Hameem group.

So as two letters in the pad of Hammem group and two letters from a factory of Hameem group is being submitted it may have created the confusion. As they are thinking I have collected the letters from two different and distinct entities. But the matter of fact is that as all the letters are issued from the Headoffice the format is same.


Please advice if this make sence to you brother.

If your Company is the same company then the text and font used by them will be the same. But now some company uses different text and font and paper for their different entities for security issues. So in this case if your company uses the same text and font for all of their entities then try to take an affidavit from the HO where they will mention about their security features. Otherwise whatever you do they will not b satisfied.

Confused again..........

I have already shared in forum that i received Invitation under Express Entry on December 2015. My respected forum members suggested me not to apply there and go with the FSW application. All of them already know that i got PF from TR and i have not received any update from TR and its been more than 3 months.

Now the situation is, i again received invitation to app[ly under express entry in yesterday's draw :-X

what to do now

Alhamduillah, today receive MR for 2nd time for my newborn baby from MVO.

At January 11, 2016, I raised CSE asking for status and today they reply with MR

Pray for us. Hope all will get their desired Maple Leaf VISA.

I am Happy to share the good news. Finally the long wait is over and our visa got stamped on our passports.

If your Company is the same company then the text and font used by them will be the same. But now some company uses different text and font and paper for their different entities for security issues. So in this case if your company uses the same text and font for all of their entities then try to take an affidavit from the HO where they will mention about their security features. Yes the companies are same. The factory is being operated from the group head office and therefore the text and format are same in all the documents. I am currently arranging documents from HR, Admin and director panel to reply to their quarries...

U r on right track. U just need to prove that factory office is controlled by same Management of Head Officce. As HR deptt is responsible to issue any letter for Head offc as well as Factory, so the format to be same.

BTW u also need to prove that the factory office is owned by Hameem Group. Do u hv company website ? Factory address is given in website of Hameem group ?
