Today i received GCMS which i applied after the PF from TR. I found a new segment there that is misrepresentation. The application status is open and the misrepresentation section said verification in process.

Praying hard for myself and others. At least those who have every genuine papers and got PF for any sort of affiliation with VC/SA.

As you're waiting for an update, please utilize this time to prepare your documents/evidence to answer a possible query

1) Statement of Salary Account
2) Tax Return Certificate
3) Projects relating to NOC
4) Correspondence on assignments /task relating to NOC
5) Pay slips, increment/promotion letters, your picture in company events etc.
6) Recommendation im LinkedIn profile (if you can manage)

This will help you frame a solid defense in case you get PF.

Could you please tel me about the maximum GCMS response time line. I applied on 30 nov, still didn't get any reply of the GCMS note. already 36 days gone. so far i know it took 30 calendar days, Earlier i got the reply by 30 calendar days.

It shouldn't be more than 31 days. You can submit a query using the reference number at attip webaite

Hey, count the long holidays of x-mas and New year. Otherwise you wud get it in time.
