Actually its not gono yet. But much true for pf holders only. Because so many of us yet waiting for any response. Pf holder's are few in numbers compared to that. Don't know what will happen with our files. :'( :'( :'(

Looking for answer from Experienced and old members:

Before getting ban for 5 years, do you think it will be better to withdraw the application ???

A few days ago someone in this forum or elsewhere mentioned that he has started to work with a Canadian lawyer to get rid of using unauthorized agent, will that really save us from the pain of using unauthorized agent? Before getting the pf how about of withdrawing the application?

From my observation I've seen vc clients a lot here in forum n one of my friend's husband n his colleagues also applied by using VISA CENTER ..
But upto now ive never seen any SA Associate client getting any pf or DM .
Hence one of my known distant relative got visa some days ago nd 2 of other client got MR in September as they(my relative) said ...
N Ive just checked also ..VC is not recommended by Cic site but SA asso. Is recommended by cic site .....

It will e a very wise decision and apply for PNP. There's lots of province taking applicant under PNP scheme. So don't delay and apply for PNP and withdraw your unauthorized one ASAP. Remember PNP has much stricter rules specially Bank Solvency than FSW.

True brother. Actually behind these 2 (apis & Scotia) they are using iccrc registered currently active members and its verified already. But our bad luck even these registered members can't help at this situation.

If one has received procedural fairness letter, then they cannot withdraw their application, either ways a ban of 5 years will be applicable. This is to deter applicants from "finding an easy way out" of the 5 year ban, once a procedural fairness letter has been issued.
