How are processing times calculated?
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) calculates processing times from the day CIC receives an application to the day it makes a decision on the application.

As per this information in the Help Guide of CIC website it says "From the day CIC receives an application". Go to the CIC Offices page on the CIC website and CPC Sydney (Nova Scotia) is a CIC office.

So it is from the day Case Processing Centre Nova Scotia (and not Visa Office as a lot of people believe) received your application, and this date is reflected in your eCAS, First Line, We received your application on (date). 13 months from This Date. NOT from PER or AOR or Blah Blah

What ever the ball is still in the court of CIC. Condition may not change much. Agreed with rumel bhai. Processing time must vary according to the factors rumel bhai mentioned.

After all SGVO did not get Aladin's lamp that they will show magic by making superfast processing !

Pray if you want "superfast processing" as you mentioned. A lamp isn't going to make any difference either.

For some applicants, everything moved in superfast speed, I wonder there is any way to make the process speedy.

Dear Friends,

Happy New Year! I have a query, specially for Manila VO Applicants. I received my medical, RPRF, PCC & other required documents request on December, 2015 & already sent the documents via DHL. However, no where in my DHL tracking or in DHL receipt, the whole destination address is mentioned. It only shows The Philipines, Manila.

The signing receivers name is showing - "SG BERONIA FR".

Im really really tensed if the package was delievered to the right address or not. Is there any Manila VO applicant who can shade light on this please?? :-[ :-[

Yes the receiver name is correct. You don't need to worry about that. When they asked me to submit POF and when i did submit the receiver was that same one as yours.

Good Evening from Sydney, Australia. This is Nahid(Hubby of Raisa nazrana). Wow i'm writing in the forum after nine long months of absence. So many has changed. So many applicants are now in Canada and so many are still waiting. Anyway the reason for me to come here is that me and my wife received MR+RPRF on December 17, 2015. On November 18, 2015 we received mail from MVO for POF. On December 9, 2015 i have sent all the necessary docs along with a explanation letter. MVO received it on December 11. So it was very fast and i didn't think that i would receive MR+RPRF from MVO that fast. Now can anyone tell me about the Global spreadsheet? Is it still running? If it is can anyone inform the admin to update my status in there. I already updated the SGVO spreadshit. Thank you all.

Not sure. He checked last night and got this ecas update. Allah please save us from this curse of unauthorised agent. How many of us will suffer this same pain. No hope left of getting any positive news anymore. Too much upset now.
