November applicants from Bangladesh haven't had any news yet. Since you initially applied via VC, you should now raise a CSE and change your mailing address.

In the CSE, explain that you used service of VC unknowingly and now wish to cancel them by changing address.

I think you are safe. So far all visa center clients who applied for GCMS found VISA CENTER as agent in their report. As it is not mentioned in your GCMS, no need to raise CSE and notify CIC.
