Missing documentation from your Country of Origin? Immigration status unresolved?
For families who cannot produce appropriate documentation, children may still attend school. ALL children
living in Canada, aged 6-18 have the right to a publicly funded education, and may attend (publicly funded)
school, regardless of their own or their families’ access to documentation normally required upon registration
for school. Nor is their own immigration status or the immigration status of their parents grounds for denying
access to (publicly-funded) school.
This is clearly stated in the Education Act, the law that governs publicly funded schools in Ontario.
Canada has signed the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, which means that Canada has
agreed to education available to all children aged 6-18, living in Canada.
The Ontario Ministry of Education states that the following documents are not required for student
registration in publicly-funded schools:
• proof of immigration status or application for legal immigration status
• work permit
• social insurance number
• Ontario Health Insurance Program (OHIP) coverage
• health documentation that is different from that required of all other children
• other documentation not required of other children seeking admission to school
Each school board may have a different way of managing the question of documentation. Some boards
have policies that clearly state that families are not asked for documents related to immigration status
when registering.
If you are unsure, or experiencing difficulty registering your children, please speak to your Settlement Worker,
or contact the (English- or French-language) school board in your area to learn more about their guidelines.

Bfsw Brother,

Review required means that your file has to be checked by a senior official. It is going to take time. Upon checking, they may issue doc request, or they may send medical request.

Have patience.

Regards

Desertfox

Dear Desertfox
Thanks for ur observation. I am also the same page. I got my GCMS on September where is mentioned "Review Required". My question if anybody got the same GCMS note after that he/she gets MR. How long take the time for this type of cases. Frested and frested!!!!
Thanks
Sarkes

It seems all review required case is paused, not only the agent's case. My question is at this final period how they gonna review our files now? In my case no doc request, no site visit or interview call yet.

Sorry to share got 2 five years banned news of pf holder's. :'( :'( :'(

Review requires comment delays the processing for an extra six months at least, as seen from previous cases.

Meanwhile try your best to maintain your status same ( stay with same employer, don't change residence, don't get married/divorced, don't have babies). This will prevent further delays in processing.

Be sure, time will come for the 'review' to complete. After review they may issue document request, or may issue medical request directly.

Have patience.

How does VO recognize the usage of unauthorized agents? is it about the address only or do match the JD templates?

They match jd and supporting document templates, and address

So this is now clear that not only agent cases there are so many fresh applications are still waiting. Can't say May June July all 100% done. Heard that they gonna try to complete all by March 2016. Is that prediction true for review required cases too??? Or they will take extra 5-6 months for that? :( :( :( :(

Have you cancelled your agent yet? If not do so by raising a cse and changing address. Mention that you discovered that the agent is unauthorised and so you want to cancel them.
