1. I'm a Bangladeshi applicant and currently living in Maldives (for my work purpose).

2. My Visa Office is SGVO.

3. I have received it by "Registered Mail" on Saturday (as Saturday Post Office is open here).

Thanks a lot. Yes, they have my UCI number coz while applying for EE i had to provide it. My problem is, i got PF in FSW due to Visa Center. But this time no Visa center attachment is there.

So what do you suggest? Stay with FSW or go for EE ?

I think rumel bhai has recommended you the best solution with necessary explanation. Apu, if i were in your position, i wud hv left FSW although cic recorded everything.
Yes you are right. They suspected you as VC client for FSW, not for EE. If u withdraw your FSW before DM (in case rejection), they will stop processing your FSW file. Then cic will start processing your EE file newly taking necessary data from fsw except vc suspection as u r not going to take help of VC.

So pls leave the uncertainty and go for EE. They can not reject you anyhow in EE for suspection in FSW.

You have not satisfied me that you would leave canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, i Considered several factors, including :

One of my colleagues Noc 3112, dec 10 applicant received MR and ppr yesterday with rprf.
He is not a follower of this forum.

It is completely impossible. Either your friend has applied in pnp/EE hiddenly which u may not know even or his visa office is somewherelse. Pls check his MR. SGVO has not given anyone MR & PPR together last few years. It may be your half understanding bro
