Preparing for IELTS ....i will sit for the xum in January in sha Allah....i have a few question ....which are as follows:

1)which time is the suitable month for applying the immigration file ?

2)How could i choose my NOC i mean what will be the main point according to my job responsibility it matches with one or more NOC(confusing) ?

3)how may i know that my NOC has a demand in job market?

Many people are here so experienced.I am totally new and exploring many new problems while making the preparation for the immigration.So i hope u guys can help me alot by giving me your valuable and proper information.

-> You can create profile in Express Entry(EE) any time if you have your IELTS and Educational Credential Assessment(ECA).

CIC has asked me to provide them details activities for the Unployment period gap of Nine Months in My stay at KL.***If you indicated periods of unemployment or self-employment, you must provide details of your activities during the said period and submit applicable supporting documents.****How to answer that since i was unemployed during The said Period .

If you were in unemployment then tell them "Taking Preparation and Looking for suitable job"

If your on vacation or staying with relative you can prove that by sending some photographs or a letter explaining your stay from your relative.

I know one applicant who was rejected before her medical request siting that she didn't answer the queries but the case was that she didn't receive any query!!

Has there been any other cases where applicants are rejected for not answering the queries but did not receive any query at actual?
