Dear experts, I have already applied under federal skilled worker program in 2014. My application is in process. Waiting for MR. Unfortunately there is no sign of MR. Now as u all know Quebec entry is opening very soon, I want to know that am I eligible to apply under that program also? Will there be any contradictory since I have already applied under fsw?

One thing more, is there any November applican who got MR this month? I have no update since slu flood in late august. Is there any hope really for me??

Singapore VO hasn't started working on November files yet. You need to wait with patience. Meanwhile you can prepare your papers for Quebec Skilled Worker category, which will most likely reopen on Jan 2016.

It will not create any conflict with your current application. In case both applications proceed past medical stage, CIC will ask you to withdraw one application and continue with the other one of your choice.

ONE OF MY KNOWN PERSON APPLIED FOR STUDENT VISA LAST MONTH. HE ALREADY GOT MEDICAL CALL AND GOT MAIL TO SUBMIT HIS PASSPORT. BUT SUDDENLY HE GOT CALL FROM SGVO YESTERDAY TO HAVE A INTERVIEW WITH CANADA HIGH COMMISSION, DHAKA, BANGLADESH. TODAY HE FACED THE INTERVIEW WITH CANADA HIGH COMMISSION, DHAKA, BANGLADESH AND VERY INTERESTING THING IS THAT THEY ASKED THE FOLLWING QUESTIONS.

1. HOW MUCH RELIGIOUS YOUR FAMILY IS?
2. IS THERE ANY RELATIVE OF YOU LIVING AT SYRIA?
3. DO YOUR FAMILY DONATE ANY MONEY TO ANY TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS OF BANGLADESH OR SYRIA LIKE ISIS ETC?

THESE ARE THE MAJOR QUESTIONS AND ALL OTHER CONVERSATIONS WAS BASED ON THE PRESENT SCENARIO OF PARIS AND OTHER TERRORIST ACTIVITIES.

SO, CANADA AND SGVO IS HAVING MUCH SCRUTINY BEFORE ISSUING VISA.

FORGOT TO MENTION THAT MY KNOWN PERSON WHO APPLIED FOR STUDENT VISA IS A MUSLIM CITIZEN.

I THINK IT IS A RIDICULOUS SITUATION AS THEY ARE SUSPECTING ALL.

Where is the local office of Emirates in dhaka? Do they facilitate ticket booking?

Gulshan-1 near traffic signal. I went to see them in person last year to modify my ticket, they should be able to do issuing as well.

Those who are in dreadful situation because of using Unauthorized Agent


Recover the situation by two ways:

1. Engage with an Authorized Agent

- Just search the authorized agent
- Explaining the situation why you used unauthorized agent and write the valid reason with good explanation
- Write down why you choose them(unauthorized agent) and which influenced you to choose
- Now, why you are confessing and shifting to authorized agent
- Fill up new representative form and follow the instruction of the agent.
- It will cost around 2~2.5 lacs BDT

2. Informing to VO through CSE:

- Write down the main reason and Confess that you used unauthorized agent
- Give the reason why you feel you did wrong and it was unintentional
- Write down why you choose them(unauthorized agent) and which influenced you to choose
- You got the misrepresentation by their websites or some other advertisement and give the link if possible
- No extra money is required but its your own risk although it not harmful at all.

After realization what you did(Important facts you have to mention in CSE or Explanation letter):
- You cancelled the deed and all other relation with them
- Changed the mailing address via CSE
- Changed the email address via CSE
- Mention that you are preparing to inform CBSA or Local Law Enforcing agent(It will make sense to them that you are doing something against them and it will be a great evidence to recover your case or further you can appeal with this document)
Most important thing is that(Important fact you need to know):

- You can change the representative any time.
- You can tell VO about the action against unauthorized agent.
- You can claim you have no relation with them now after your realization the facts from CIC website.

If you got Procedural fairness letter for using unauthorized agent before following any one of the two ways:
- Do the same as 2nd way
- Mention properly with convincing and logical words.
- Think before you write something and write down with grounds.

If you got Procedural fairness letter for using unauthorized agent after following any one of the two ways:
- Then the case is in your favor.
- Mention what you did as Prevention plan and Action Plan
- Write them that you already notified to them
- You did whatever your best.
- You changed mail, email address
- Give the deed cancellation documents if possible(It will be a good evidence)

At last pray to Almighty Allah for help and recover yourself from this situation

Yes, you should. Please calculate the below risk:

After getting PF:

1. Rejection probability of your application - 80%
2. There is no ground to appeal against rejection
3. Long time uncertain situation

Before getting PF:

1. Rejection probability of your application - 40%
2. There is a ground to explain against their rejection. You can appeal with that ground as you already confessed and informed them earlier through CSE or Authorized agent.
3. No uncertain situation as you already informed and waiting for their positive feedback. You wont have any doubt about the using unauthorized agent.
4. There is no harm to confess. They just want clear and correct information. So, at least you will give them a positive sense that you are genuine applicant and you did mistake and now you realized.

But please remember, do it with more precisely, concisely and convincing words.


Now decision is yours. Choose which one will suit with you. Pray to Almighty Allah. The one and only.

What about September files? Did SGVO started assessing September files yet? Is there any September applicant who got MR? It is very hard to keep patience. Almost a year and half past but still no sign of MR. Even I do not have any 4LU where my 2nd Line Updated on last week of august. Feeling frustrated.

I dont think so, as you are mentioning why you did. You realized it and mentioned that what actions you have taken.

There is also rules that you can change you representative at any time or you can complain against those agents.
So, this is not only a confession for your mistakes but also you are following their instruction as well.

You can wait more time but how long and based on what?

my LinkedIn profile also viewed last week in private mode but I cant assume that it is CIC or Singapore VO. It might be VO but there is no significance if they have doubt on your file for unauthorized agent.

May be they will check your profile to compare the JD. After getting everything fine then they may ask why you used unauthorized agent.
If everything not fine then they would ask you for JD mismatch or not genuine.
