Though enough has discussed about CAIPS note I want a fresh opinion from somebody else who has done CAIPS @$5 recently!

1. which site to be accessed?
2. what are the steps n forms like IMM5475E or something like?
3. how payment can be done through card?

Please note that I have a relative in CANADA. Also let me know which documents he needs to submit and how?

Applied for gcms on 09th October. But till now, didn't get the report. 32 days gone. I applied through caipsnotes.com.

Does anyone face this kind of problem?

1. If u can get help from your relative, you can directly apply to the CIC (that would cost only $5), no need to use help of any 3rd party sites (they usually take more then $25 ),

2. You need to fill-up this: Consent for an Access to Information and Personal Information Request form (IMM 5744) & upload a scanned copy during application on that CIC site

3. Youll need Int’l Credit card, if your request is being made under the Access to Information Act: There is a $5.00 application fee for these requests. There are no fees under the Privacy Act. At the end of the application, you will be automatically directed to an e-Payment tool, where you will be required to pay your $5.00 application fee using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card.

( IMM 5744 Form পুরন করে স্ক্যান করে আপনার আত্বীয়কে পাঠিয়ে দিন। তিনি #২ এ দেয়া ওয়েবসাইটে গিয়ে আবেদন করে ফেলতে পারবেন। আর না হলে নিজেই আপনার আত্বীয়ের নাম-ঠিকানা বিস্তারিত জেনে আবেদন করে ফেলুন ও নিজের ইন্টারন্যাশনাল কার্ড দিয়ে ফি দিন। সবার আগে ভিডিওটি ভালো করে দেখুন )

I tried their contact number? What kind of number is that? I tried calling from from mobile and landline; neither worked.

Mass 2nd line update. After that nothing yet. No additional doc req or PF. If there is no investigation needed why its taking a that much time dont understand. 2 GCMS at 2nd one get eligibility : in process. How much time it may took to pass eligibility part. How long it will take to get MR now?

Immediate permanent residency meaning?

Immediate permanent residency meaning?

It means the waiting time is reduced. Hopefully, it will take 4 months max for getting spouse visa

I know you..

It will take time to en-cash but you will know the status form the Quebec confirmation mail. Otherwise, its quite tough to get the information from SCB. If you have close relative then he/she can collect it in favor of you.
