Dear Rumel,

In the new form, we have to mention date also for education, i cant remember exact month & date, previously i just have filled up according to education year. So how have you mention date? Do you still remember the exact date?

Actually I didnt find any date. Its year and month as like previous form. I just downloaded from the link which mentioned in email. Please share the link so that I can check.

I just have checked that, if i fill it while online, it does not show date, but if i save it 1st, then fill up, it shows date also. How have you done (fill)? before saving or after saving?

can u recall when exactly (the date) u have found the new imm 5669 form in CIC website? i hv downloaded on 18 September 2015 and it was the previous one. actually the form is the same as the previous one imm 5669 (12-2012)E. only design of text writing position has been changed & no new information has been added there. however, in case of date in education the required info is (YYYY-MM), not specific date. if it takes date 01, i think it will not cause any problem.

In my case, it is showing YYYY-MM, but while filling, it becomes YYYY-MM-DD automatically. And i am just unable to ignore Date. So, now will try to print directly without downloading. Lets see, if i can!

I have found the updated one today. May 2 3 days before it was updated. If you cant remember then put the approx. day in date field

My wife is a Visa Centre applicant under civil engineer NOC. She got 2nd line unpdate and they started processing her file in september, 2014. I dont think that we will get further good news on this matter anymore. We just wasted our money by applying through Visa Centre. Best of luck to all and may Allah bless us all.
