Alhamdulillah just got MR. After a long waiting finally got the request.

I would like to know

1. Which physician is preferable, cost?
2. As my wife is pregnant what will be the procedure?
3. Do I need to bring any photographs?

Can someone please help me with the PCC format? I did not submit that with the initial application. I'm planning to obtain one so that it can be submitted when asked.

2. As my wife is pregnant what will be the procedure? Inform Doctor about that, he will arrange a Led Shield for protection.
3. Do I need to bring any photographs? Doc will need 1 photo for each of them.

fill up online form, print it, make the payment, take everything to passport office, need to wait max 2 hours in que and ur work will be completed.
