Brother, Dont be panic.

Firstly,
- Just cool down your brain and think logically.
- Its time to be logical and handle the situation smartly

Secondly,
- Collect the latest JD from your supervisor who signed at the time of application.
- Collect the business card and Id Card copy of your Supervisor
- Take endorsement from HR Manager and your Supervisor
- Give your ID and Business card copy
- Payslip or Salary certificate(latest one)

Finally,
- Write down a forwarding letter and explain that you have done those duties which were mentioned
- Write down about your latest JD.

If you are Visa Center or other agent's applicant then it would be different explanation. So, share your details so that people can help you.

Got passport with Canadian visa on September 30,2015. I got 2 procedure of fairness letters past: one for employment misrepresentation due to company operation closed, and another for fake pay slips due to company operation was closed. Still, I am able to achieve PR visa!

So, those who are getting procedure of fairness letters, please give proper explanation with evidence to overcome the situation instead of panic mode. For each PF, I only give one single evidence to convince visa officer that i am a genuine individual(not a fraud) .

Just listen and read what everyone say to address the issue , and eventually use your brain to take correct approaches.

I did my medical in Dr. WAHAB clinic. No additional preparation is required. .. only passport and cash for fee.

It took 17 days only for your case. I submitted my passport on 30 Sept. So I hope I should get my passport back within 20 Oct.
