Erm.. Personally i would recommend to apply inside from Canada by a fnf for GCMS since third party website have chances to use personal info for unauthorized purpose with or without intentions.

Even if using thrd party website, better to check if their data protection facility is secured (i.e. SSL etc.). About service , Cheaper it is, riskier it gets !

Just as a FYI. Nothin to scare just but to make aware

No. But expect change on ecas to decision made if it didn't happened yet.

Did you communicate with your Province where your application has accepted. Due to this delay what you need to do. I think they can guide you if you don't have any medical concern from VO. More than a year Medical done and meantime you should response your application from VO/Province.

@ Shamrajjo vai, Thanks for your reply. I don't communicate with Province, because what I understand, my file now in SGVO and they are liable for all task for now. I send them my quarry but no reply on it. Though when I request for changing my address, they change it. Any way, can you advice where to contact if I applied for Manitoba PNP? I also checking n will get back to you soon. Thank you again.
