Dear All

I have collected the following documents to proof my job fairness:

Present Employer:

1. Declaration from my boss that all the information given in the reference letter earlier is correct & true.
2. New Reference letter
3. Copy of JD (for myself & my boss)
4. Copy of company ID card
5. Visiting card (myself & my boss)
6. some mail correspondences relating my job
7. last june, i visited switzerland from my company. The copy of the invitation letter where my name, designation, passport no are given & this letter is addressing to the swiss embassy.
8. Appointment letter
9. Confirmation letter
10. Promotion & increment letter for 3 years
11. Pay slip for last 3 months & pay slip of last two months of 2014
12. Bank statement of salary account from 2014

That's all. Please suggest me if i am missing something.

Also please suggest me how to send these docs. Shall i reply the mail or through cse. I will also send the hard copies.

Debashish bai, I already faced the same problem . Did u get any response from them? How do you send the doc through email attachment or also with hard copy? What do you mean by "Copy of JD (for myself & my boss)". Please help me and suggest me what to do? i am worried so much.

Thanks to all for your advice. I have submitted both old and new passport today. I am an express entry applicant under province nomination class for NOC 2174. Processing of my applications started on 1st January 2015 and I have got ppr from svo on 8th September 2015.

Good news. Received MR request for spouse today. I send spouse addition docs on late March after my MR. Looks like sgvo processing fast this days.

One question regarding this. They mention to send landing fee for spouse and bio page of me and the spouse. But no mention about updated schedule A form or photo.

Is that normal? Do they request photographs during passport request?

Just do it as instructed. You can send a CSE but I think its not required. If they need it then they will let you know.

i haven't sent it yet. i will send it on monday. because im waiting for the salary account bank statement of my previous employer in 2010. hsbc told me that they need 3 working days to provide that. that's why im waiting.

JD means job description.

i think i will reply the mail. because, it was clearly stated to use the mail address on top for further communication. (Need expert opinion)

and i will also send the hard copies.

"Visa application, tracking ID No ********************* Your Decision has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 09/09/2015 to the Canada Visa Application Centre DHAKA. You will get SMS & Email when your Decision will receive at Canada Visa application centre where it was submitted."

When suppose to receive in vfs dhaka? any idea?

Mine is same as bro ILC. I think it will take sunday to get the sms for collect pp.

Congrats brother act as per their instruction, i didn't submit any photograph as well, cause sgvo didn't ask for it and got my visa without any delay which i hope you knew already...all the best for you future life in maple country...
