2. We sent you correspondences acknowledging receipt of your application on . . . . . . .

3. We started processing your application on . . . . .

4. We transferred your application to the Singapore office on . . . . . . . The Singapore office may contact you.

You can inform now..I don't think it will delay ur PPR..In my case i informed about new passport after PPR and before sending Passports via VFS

IN MY POINT OF VIEW, THE 2ND LINE UPDATE IS A GOOD SIGN FOR ALL OF US. IT MAY HAPPEN THAT MINISTRY / CIC HAS INSTRUCTED THEM TO UPDATE THE DETAILS WHEN THEY HAVE ACCEPTED THE FILE FROM CIC OR WHEN THEY HAVE STARTED TO PROCESSING THE APPLICATION. YOU ALL CAN SEE THAT THE PROCESSING STARTED DATE IS SOMEWHERE BETWEEN PER AND AOR. BASICALLY THAT DATE IS THE RECEIVING DATE OF THE PAPER FILE BY THE VO.

I THINK THIS IS A KIND OF AUDIT OR MONITOR OFTHE WORKING EFFICIENCY OF THE VO WHICH WILL BE DONE BY MINISTRY / CIC. THIS WILL ALSO HELP MINISTRY / CIC TO MONITOR WHETHER VO IS COMPLYING WITH THE TIME FRAME THAT HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED BY THE GOVT/MINISTRY. BECAUSE DUE TO THE WORKING BEHAVIOR OF THE VO, BACKLOG IS CREATED AND GOVT CAN NOT ESTIMATE THEIR LABOR MARKET NEED. SUPPOSE GOVT HAD THE PLAN TO INCLUDE 100000 LAC LABOR FORCE IN THE MARKET IN A YEAR, BUT 25000-30000 MAY ARE COMING TO CANADA IN A YEAR DUE TO THE VO WORKING PATTERN. BESIDE THIS EXPRESS ENTRY TIME FRAME IS ONLY 6 MONTHS WHICH IS A CHALLENGE FOR THE GOVT. GOVT MAY PLAN SOMETHING ELSE IN THE FUTURE WITH EXPRESS ENTRY.

SO , MY POINT OF VIEW IS GUYS WE ARE GOING TO HAVE SOME GOOD NEWS VERY SOON.

I THINK YOU HAVE DATA INPUT ERROR BY THE VO. IT MAY HAPPEN THAT THEY WERE LOADED WITH HIGH VOLUME OF FILES FOR WHICH THERE CAN BE SOME ERRORS WHICH IS NOT INTENTIONAL. IF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR GCMS YOU HAVE BETTER IDEA ABOUT THE DATE THEY HAVE MENTIONED.

FROM MY GCMS I GOT THE IDEA THAT MY 2ND LINE DATE IS SAME AS THE FILE RECEIVED BY VO AND INPUT IN THEIR REGISTRATION SYSTEM.

I AM SURE ABOUT MY THINKING BECAUSE ALMOST 80-90% HAVE SAME TYPE OF DATE PATTERN WHEREAS YOURS IS DIFFERENT. YOUR FILE IS NOT DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS. 10% HUMAN ERROR SHOULD BE CONSIDERED. IN CASE OF DATA INPUT THERE CAN BE SOME ERROR WHENEVER YOU ARE WORKING WITH HIGH VOLUME OF DATA.

This is not an error. Second line before the PER date reflects the CIC preliminary assessment date which I got on my GCMS notes. I have seen some applicants of other countries who got the second line before the PER date recently got MR. Let's see what is waiting for us. We would get some idea if we could know what the Visa offices do for rejection, do they update second line with decision made or do not update any second line and send refusal letter.

Singapore VO is not as slow as you think. In fact, they processed applicants from other countries quite fast. It is just that Bangladeshis are stuck. Reason number one is Canadian High Commission is poorly staffed to support Singapore. And reason number two is a lot of applicants misrepresented themselves by forging documents.
