It seems to me that the new status update format in ecas is applicable for everyone who applied under fsw14...
Before SLU rain, we had two type of candidates, let's say Type A= who were in MR, PPR or visa issued stage and type B= who were in single/1st line.
I have got following observation, correct me if I am wrong...
A. Everybody in Type B got SLU. None is missed. They got following status as SLU:
"We started processing your application on XX Date (Given date is few days earlier to your AOR date in major cases. Few had the date before PER date. It is the 3rd line for Type A applicants)
B. Type A guys got their 4/5 lines got suddenly 9/10 lines.
C.
NONE of the Type B applicants got following status
"We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on X date, Y month 2015 (AOR Mail)" which appeared in every email of Type A applicants as 2nd line after transforming their 4/5 lines as 9/10 lines
Hence, there is a probability that the final review session just has started to clear the back logs and after we get PPR/MR request, probably our 4 lines will be 9/10 liners.
Probably since it is computer generated reply, they found it safe to turn 4/5 lines of Type A applicants to 9/10 line since everything is decided about them and those dates are also fixed. A single command will send those 9/10 lines updates to Type A applicants. But they are cautiously putting SLU for the Type B. If Type B reaches to Type A, their 4 liners can be 9/10 lines again !

Probably for our tendency of continuous GCMS note request and raising CSE about current VO etc and most importantly sending us PPR/MR request from VO but missing email in our end made them introducing such a 9/10 liners I guess. I think from EE and onwards it will be always 9/10 liners and they are piloting the process by us.
These are just my hunch. We will get to know what is happening after this month I guess. Also recent SLU paisen, emon folks ra keep posting if you are getting MR/PPR req. The time gap will help us to sort a trend I guess.
Thanks
