Dear Friends,

Collected Passport from VFS Dhaka today at around 3:30 PM with maple lead stamped visa along with two copies of COPR and some other information sheet...journey of 343 days, 16 hours, 50 minutes end at that moment, i was happy and excited but when i came down and took a rickshaw towards office it was raining like hell so instead of enjoying the moment i was busy protecting the envelope which contained the COPR...but all in all i am happy that the worrying and tension has came to an end...my tentative flight date is middle of march 2016 and destination city till now is Calgary...you can see my timeline in left panel...

i will not stop visiting the forum, so if i can help anyone in any way i will be much obliged, some of you already have my cell no so you know how to reach me for rest i will try to reply to your query with my limited knowledge within 24 hrs...

i pray and hope that all of us will meet one day in a get together in canada, till than all i can do is to pray and wish all the best for all of us, may god fulfill all of our wishes and dreams...

Yes I have got the SLU also yesterday. Just received my GCMS note as well. It says nothing started apart from 1 biographical section which says ready to be assessed. Very confused ...... any body have any idea about the biographical section ?

Also they deduct 2 points from my job experience. Should I complain or leave it as it is (I already have 67) ??


Need experts comments please ...........

congratulations for your SLU. I think you dont need to be worried about the points. You have already passed that stage... now its time to wait for the MR.

4. We transferred your application to the Singapore office on December 16, 2014. The Singapore office may contact you.

ONCE THIS 2ND LINE MEANT A LOT, BUT NOW IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY VALUE.

NOW THE 2ND LINE MEANS THIS ACTION HAS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN.

AFTER THAT YOU WILL GET 3RD LINE OF THE AOR COMMUNICATION DATE.

THEN YOU WILL GET MR NOTIFICATION DATE.

Confusion !!!

In 2nd line, some applicants have got processing date before PER date.
And we some applicants have got processing date before AOR date.

Why ? What's the Difference?

Though it has been updating from CIC which has reflected each and every application, it could be some error in the date input some files on the particular date which is updated in second line.

However it is good that all files are still "In Process" rather no update and no one knows that either it is under process until in GCMS note.

So nothing be confused and we all are in the same race but someone would be first and someone would be last and but hope no one will be hurt at the end....

2nd line is shown as We started processing your application.
My FSW code 0111....
Application received-24th August.

and i have applied through a agent.

I heard that they stopped processing applications of ghost agents.....so can we guess that ghost agent is not a problem...

I got one point to clarify, as we got 2nd line in ecas as processing started (not 3rd line) it mean its older ecas system not the new 9 line ecas process. As per previous experience 2nd line update means MR on the way or eligibility review done or may need additional documents (in some cases). So can we get this SLU as previous experience or now it actually means nothing important???
