Dear seniors,

Pls see my timeline & kindly suggest me whether I should go for GCMS or wait more? After AOR on 13.01.15, there is no update and I didn't raise any CSE or GCMS yet.. What should I do??
Feeling restless..:-(

You should request for GCMS note. Its a right time. :)

Manila VO is processing July files now. But I am doubtful that your file is still untouched.

As you know July and August files are transferred to Manila and we couldn't predict anything. Because Manila VO also has its own files to be processed. Which is also taking time for July and August applicants of SGVO

But from September to December files are processing by SGVO. So, we can predict for those files.

Where is SHAMARAJJO Brother? You are absent long time and having no comments from you.

What's your score without the adaptability point. Is it below 67, cause in a few instances and with couple of FSW applicants, I have seen from the GCMS notes that they excluded the adaptability point if your score is above 67.
without adaptability 69 and with 74

anyone targeting calgary here?

Hello Everybody,

I am an October'14 applicant who have received AOR on March, 2015. So far, I've received no further updates from SGVO. But I have requested an update from SGVO via online "Case Specific Inquiry" although I haven't received any reply.

Dear brothers/sisters, will I get into trouble raising the CSE? I am new in this forum and I've read that such inquiry is not recommended.

Please provide your kind suggestion.

Thanking you,

Tarana.

It depends...Please follow the timeline of other forum members here. If you feel you are lagging behind then there is no harm in raising CSE but if u r still in reasonable time frame there is no point of giving trouble to them!!

Dear Zaman bhai,
Though i am not expert like rumel bhai, but ur problem has been discussed in this forum many times. From that discussion, i can say :

1. You hv to notify CIC by CSE about the new address of your employer under whom u applied. Also notify the new home address as sometimes they send papers to home address.

2. No need to notify about contract renew as u r still in Accenture.

3. Site verification will be on your that office which u used to show ur experience. Normally they check last 1 year experience up to the date u applied. U did not mention how many years u were in BGMEA. If only few monrhs, than they will visit ur 1st private firm to confirm ur experience
Dear Polash Vai,
Thanks for ur kind cooperation. I have worked 1 year in that private firm. Then 1.3 years in BGMEA. Then 8 months in Accenture.

There is no harm in raising CSE but it is recommended that it should be raised if timeline crosses normal processing time. Since you are Oct'14 applicant, you should wait another 2 months and then can raise GCMS if don't hear anything by this time. Raising CSE will not expedite anyone's case rather it should be used for correspondence only.

showrov.zaman bhai,

Q 1. My previous employer also changed their address. Should I notify this change of addresses through CSE?

Ans: Normally it is not required. Generally, they verify the current job and organization. It depends on how long you have worked in the old organization. If your current job duration is less than old job then they would verify the old organization. Suppose, you worked 5 years in old organization and 1 year in current organization then they will verify old one. So, if your current job duration is higher then you need not notify them.

Q 2. My contract has been renewed last month. Should I notify this also?

Ans: Not required. It is only required if your Mailing address, Contact number, Job changed. Mailing address should be updated always. When you would get MR then you can update your home address in Background Declaration form thats why it is not required to raise CSE but you can raise. Actually, file processing not depends on which company you working on or worked on. It depends on proper documentation that means how properly you give the supporting documents and filled up the forms. I am working in a world recognized MNC for last five years but my file still not processed. :P

Q 3. If site verification happens ...which job they will verify? Is there any possibilities to visit my first job?

Ans: I already answered in your first question.

Hope this will help :)
Dear Rumel Vai,
thanks for ur cooperation.
u guys r sooo helpful.

Not required. If you stay more than six months then let them know. :)
