I've got my GCMS today. I want to share below part only:

ITEM(S) REQUESTED:

Due Date: 2015/06/25

there are 3 more items requested for RPRF and Police Certificate for me and my spouse.
Does it mean that VO, Manila has asked for these documents. But I did not find anything in my mail inbox, spam whatever! Also I am confused how did they notify me. My ecas line is not showing any update for 2nd line yet!
What should I do now? Do I raise a CSE stating that I got to know from GCMS that VO asked for RPRF and PC and I've not recvd. it?

I think CGMS notes increases nothing but pain. Please have patience Insallah everything will be done timely. Try to do extra activities to move the concentration from the visa issues. Good luck for everyone.

Bhaiya, it seems so. I mean as you are thinking, probabely they have asked for your documents. You better raise a CSE with reference to your GCMS report.

You should urgently send a CSE to your visa office mentioning the details scenario.

Have u already got MR? Generally RPRF & PCC are requested along with MR.

If u have not got MR yet then check the medical status in GCMS section & see whether they also sent u MR or not

Thank you for your valuable suggestions. I have few updates regarding this situation. Still I haven't received any update from CIC after sending several emails. I tried to fax, but, unfortunately the fax number is not receiving my fax letter. I am already on the point to book my flight to BD. However, I want to give my best to avoid going to BD, if there are any possible ways. I have talked to FedEx in USA and they said that they have authorization to courier passport to BD and this is usual to them. Also, I have received the following email from BD VSF global.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting VFS GLOBAL!!

Please be informed that, an authorization person (who will submit passport on behalf of you) with authorization letter duly signed by you along with a Photo Identity proof of your representative (i.e. Driving License, Passport, or Nation ID card) can collect the pas port. Also the representative should bring the invoice cum receipt (ICR), email communication with VFS and instruction mail along with him/her to collect your passport and other document/s.

If you can courier your passport to BD & you do not need to travel in next two months than do it so along a proper authorization letter to drop & pick your passport from VAC.

Alternatively, you can wait for the answer from CIC. Probably they are going to give you the chance to drop your passport in USA VAC.

Atleast don't get panic & Do not come to Bangladesh to submit passport.

Choice is yours.

hi i need help:
1. can anybody share schedule A format for passport submission?
2. also can you share how the passport request will look like.....my friend received passport request so he went to vfs to submit his passport but they said he needs to submit schedule A and also the letter needs to be mentioned that he can submit the passport to vfs.....
3. just to re confirm what is the address in dhaka bangladesh where he can submit the passport..?

Ashif bhai has gone through the same situation. He also came to know about MR from GCMS and upon raising query they re-issued MR. Please raise a CSE mentioning your GCMS report and ask whether you have been asked for any documents or not?

The best thing would be if CIC instructs to submit the passport at a US location. Mailing the passport to a representative in Bangladesh without CIC's consent could make things complicated. I can remember learning about cases where CIC took more than 2 months to issue the Immigrant Visa and return the passport. It may be wise to consult with the concerned authorities in USA (probably the nearest police station in US) before mailing the passport to Bangladesh.

Thanks Ruafen bhai. I have raised a CSE asking to send MR, RPRF & PC request. Another interesting point was that I've got points for adaptabiliy though I did not claim for. In my family background section I just gave my brother's address in Canada! that's all!
