Frustration is knocking at the door with full engagement.

Getting impatient.

No theory is applicable to judge the working pattern of SGVO.

Special Attention: Shamrajjo Bhai and others who have passed few steps.

While checking my E-cas status today I've found a change:

It has been showing only my mailing address from the very beginning. But now it is displaying my home address along with mailing address (it is also my office address). No second line is updated though.

Is it some kind of hope?

Meantime both the addresses have changed. But I'm afraid to notify them if it could take some more time!!

Please advice me on this issue!!

Hi Bro,

Actually CIC has added one field on application online status (ECAS) since beginning of March'15. They are showing Home address and Mailing address (If both address is not same) on top of the webpage.

So no need to worry for this. Many of them already updated in that time and I guess rest of just updated from last week (24-Jul) on the ECAS.

Usually VO/CIC contacts applicant by their email ID or Mail address but home address is showing that the applicant from origin.

Cheers!!

You can take medicine based on your doctors prescription otherwise you may face problem in immigration if they check medicine without prescription because most of cases it is very difficult to justify for each medicine ingredients by general people.

Hope it may help you.

Svo received my passport on 26/6/2015 so
I just crossed 1 month and still waiting for update.

But some applicants submitted their pp after me and already have their pp back.

Should I call SVO to ask about my pp stamping status? Will this move turned into negative response from SVO?

Any one using "British Colombia Immigration Services at Katabon" as their consultant?

Congrats and +1.

I agree with all your observations. This appears to be one of the most realistic description of the SGVO's processing over the applications.

Thank you all for the great wishes and +1 to you all. Sorry for the late reply, couldnt check the forum as I got jor free with the Visa from VFS, heh heh. Bishal jor ashche :(

Wow brother! Shubheccha! You and I went to VFS on the same day. Who knows, may be we even exchanged looks. lol.

This portion of your timeline is identical to that of mine, except that I haven't got back my passports:
PPR received: 29th June, 2015
Decision Made: 30th June, 2015
Passport sent via VFS: 1st July, 2015
Passports received at SGVO: 6th July, 2015

Another thing. The fact that SGVO processed your application against a NOC (0111) different from your intended NOC (1112) is intriguing! Don't they usually say in similar circumstances that an applicant's job description has not matched the NOC and that therefore the application is deemed ineligible? Something like that? In your case they proactively searched for a NOC (and found one) in order to match your JD. Lucky!

Thanks mcgyver bro and +1 for your wishes.

I noticed the resemblance of our timeline at the day of submitting our passports, and was also thinking whether we've crossed our paths at VFS :D

Regarding the NOC thing, you are absolutely right. And I consider myself one of the luckiest applicants of SGVO in that sense and am ever grateful to Him for making it easy for me. (I really wonder what made the VO take the extra initiative, but I guess I wont get that answer ;) )

Anyways, I really really hope and pray that Allah makes everone's journey easy, easier than mine.

Have you thought about any date to fly yet? We might have identical dates there as well. ;D

I have a different opinion though. As we (residents of this belt) are quite accustomed with antibiotics, and the westen doctors hardly prescribe antibiotics unless extreme cases, I guess it would be wise to take different antibiotics as well as some strong painkillers. And also remember that we wont have any medical insurance for the 1st 3 months, so better be prepared for the extreme cold. To be on the safe side, you can try to arrange a prescription as well, it wont be tough. .

I've heard people taking bosta bosta medicines without any hassle from the immigration officers. Up to you bro.. ;)

Re: Passports Received with COPR

Hi brother. I am hoping to fly by mid September because I do not want to show my family seemingly dead trees with no leaves. Surely, the spirit of summer will be dim by then but at least they get to see multi-colored trees with colorful leaves before all leaves fall. Oh no, I am getting too poetic. lol.

Anyway, besides that, people need time to get used to winds that get cooler by the days before embracing full-fledged winter with heavy precipitation of snow.

As I am still waiting to collect passports, the first week of September is not feasible to find available tickets. All foreign students from around the world as well as Canadians returning home from vacation will be flying around then.

I think you should book as soon as possible (really, it means now). I am biting nails on that.

Dear exparts,
Since receiving AOR on 13th March ,2015 I didn't get any update from SVGO. I didn't raise any CSE or GESM till now. But now I need to what is my actual visa office because some applications are are transferred To manila I read here . Kindly suggest me the proper way to raise CSE or GESM. Which one I need to raise? Or should I wait for some time more before raising any one of this? Loosing hope :(
