Shamrazzo bro, i like to inform to CIC about my RPRF matter. Which would be better - raising cse or email? Plz suggest

Shamrajjp Bro, may b they missed the attachment of RPRF. i got two mail. one for medical request with form attached but another is without any attachment.

Hi bro,

Most probably VO missed the attached form. You better pay the fee through online shopping or through bank draft.

Don't worry about the attachment missing but you can go ahead to make the payment as it is manadafory to pay this.

Normally with the mail you've mentioned here, there're supposed to be 2 attachments. One for RPRF and one with your file number mentioned pdf, where there are the medical instructions. At least in my case it was like this.

Also, I've seen an earlier case where the person got only the MR but even after a few months no RPRF was sent. I forgot what happend in the end.

You should raise a CSE mentioning that you've received only one attachement of MR but no attachments of RPRF. And as SGVO tends to miss CSEs, you should also send them an email. If they really "missed" the RPRF attachment, they should send it as soon as they get your mail, and if they've really intended to skip the RPRF now, then they wont probably answer. But you should be clear from your side.

Hope you get your RPRF very soon. Cheers.

Shamrajjo bro, i got sure that they missed the attachment. I sent them mail and cse both. I can go for rprf but dont know whether they request other documents in the attachments like PCC, Passport pages, photo or others. So confusion remains. Waiting for their reply for atleast 5 to 7 days.

People from Month of September, October are getting MR from SGVO. On the other hand couple of unlucky and frustrated applicants of MAY and JUNE doenst even know what will happen to these files...

GCMS doesnt show anything substantial to talk about..frustration at its highest position.

By the way congratulations brothers whom are lucky in this regard.

From my suggestion is, forget about your GCMS note input.
Just think as it is, as you were thinking before and hoping your future until your receive any final notice.
Furthermore, don't loose your hope as you did nothing wrong about this and you have plenty options to make them satisfy.

So leave it now and let them do their job...

I don't find any problem.. Yes it may cause of delay from VO's decision but not rejection directly. They must notify you if they are not happy from your application.

My simple equation is, if you are not eligible for any reason you were rejected at the same time and you would get rejection letter by that time. So it is positive and be patience, you will hear your good news soon.

It is SGVO and the note date is 20th January 2015. But when i received my first GCMS on 22nd April 2015, this note was not there.
