আমি কোন এজেন্ট এর সাহায্য নেই নাই... কিন্তু আমার মেইলিং এড্রেস আর রেসিডেন্সিয়াল এড্রেস আলাদা দিছি। কারন যে মেইলিং এড্রেস টা দিছি ওইটাতে প্রায় সময় বিদেশ থেকে চিঠি আসে আর পোস্টম্যান ও চিনে। চিঠি পেতে সহজ হবে বলে দিয়েছিলাম। আমি কি ভুল করলাম?? ... আমার ২য় লাইন আপডেট হইছে ২৭ মে... এখন খুব টেনশন এ আছি।

না ভাই, আপনি কোনো ভুল করেননি, কারণ আপনিতো কোনো এজেন্ট এর মাধ্যমে apply করেননি। এখানে যারা এজেন্ট এর মধ্যমে apply করেছে এবং একই ঠিকানা ব্যবহার করেছে তাদের জন্য হইত দেরী হতে পারে।

So no worries...

You can check your PPR email that how much time VO mentioned to submit your passport. After that you need to calculate more than 30 days to return your passport. This is general calculation other than exceptional case....

I don't find any worry about your delay.....

I didnt get any update after receiving AOR, just applied for gcms note through CaipsNotes.com, but should i send consent form to them??? i have seen also online upload of the form. is it necessary? please suggest. thanks

Its too early to raise GCMS for you. You need not send anything to them.

Consent form is mandatory while applying for GCMS note.

it's falls under misrepresentation act. CIC clearly defined who can legally represent you with a fee. so if you are hiring someone who is not registered under ICCRC then you are breaking the law and it is illegal too. moreover as these so called consultants are unauthorised they can not fill out or use representation form on behalf of you. so when they submit the files it show it is the applicant who is applying by himself and not using any consultants. So it is a misrepresentation thus if cic finds out you can get 5 years ban from canada funder misrepresentation act..
