Pls suggest me..should I change the address of mine including mail address in the application? In the address clm the house number..street..etc were written and mail is xxxforcanada @ gmail.com. No name of the agency was written. ...waiting for your valuable advice.

No need to change your mail address. If you want to change it now then it could create problem. It would create more doubt to VO. Just wait with patience and pray to Almighty.

Did you request for GCMS notes?
Check first whether your eligibility is "in progress" or not. If your eligibility is in progress then just let it be. If status is "Not started" then change the address immediately.

Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar (Burma), Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam

Whereas, NDVO is working for only 4 countries:
Afghanistan, Bhutan, India, Nepal

So, comparatively workload in SGVO is higher than NDVO. However, applicants of INDIA would get preference to NDVO as usual.

If CHC, Bangladesh would process the applications then we would get the preference naturally. Our processing time would be faster than NDVO by default.

Its better not to compare it with NDVO to avoid frustration.

Number of population consider korle kintu work load almost similar mone hoy. They have also send some application to Poland like ours to Philippine. Yes, if our CHC would have been functioning then probably we would get the quick decision. Thank you.

Its true regarding population but regardless for nationality. Security and Criminality checking are also main concern here because of different countries and their views to that country.
It is definite that we can't do anything from our side to speed up the process and their decision

I got the ppr at 15th May and send the pp at 17th May. In my VFS track system, It shows that the passport is received by SGVO at 20th May and there is no update after this. It is more than 1 month. Should i need to send an inquiry? Please advice.

Same in my case ; ppr : 15th may, received on 20th after that no update.... Till date

There are two points here ~

1. If your mail address has changed from your application input then immediately you should inform VO office. Or
2. If you applied through an agent/consultant then you need to change the consultant by providing documents to VO~


If I change my representative, do I have to tell Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)?

Yes. You must tell CIC right away if you change your representative. Fill out a new Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) form and send it to the office processing your file. You can change your representative at any time. You may also decide to deal directly with the visa office or the in-Canada immigration office yourself.

Usually in ecas there is not mentioned of any consultant's/representative name. Only their address. If that address mentioned of your agents then you have to send form IMM5476 to VO to change the address to your mail address.

Usually once application has accepted by CIC and received nomination letter (PER) by applicant, that means all papers already counted as per valid date of application submission date.

Only PCC may require in future if anyone's application processing time been crossed more than a year of time of PCC issuing date.

So no worries...

Patience is the key of success here:

I think if I am not wrong that in his Generic form there were two addresses under "Contact Information" -

1. Mailing Address - his agent's address. and
2. Residential Address - Applicants own address. (if not then it will not match with "Applicant Background Form")

If this is the case then he can raise CSE and can change his residential address to his Mailing address.

But still it is required to inform VO to change his address otherwise if he doesn't use representative form then in group address of mailing for all applicants from that agent causing delay processing and confusing at VO and that my understanding now....

না ভাই, আপনি কোনো ভুল করেননি, কারণ আপনিতো কোনো এজেন্ট এর মাধ্যমে apply করেননি। এখানে যারা এজেন্ট এর মধ্যমে apply করেছে এবং একই ঠিকানা ব্যবহার করেছে তাদের জন্য হইত দেরী হতে পারে।

So no worries...
