All forum friends, with help of Allah, I have received my dreaming Canada visa today, Alhamdulillah.

I have confirmed air ticket from Dhaka to Brisbane, AU on June 30 and will stay in AU for next 10 months and Inshallah fly from Brisbane, AU to Halifax, CA on April, 2016. By this time , Inshallah all of my forum friends will get their visa by April 2016 or earlier. Then we will celebrate our new life in Canada all together.

Please pray for me and my family to start our new life and may Allah help us to resist the new struggling.

For curiosity:

I think you are also AUS PR holder. But why are moving to Canada. Please dont take it otherwise, its just for curiosity.

As I am also trying for AUS too.

I just need to compare by physically presence in both place.I got information of both countries from my friends and relatives for last one months as well as researched by online, but really confusing their opinion. Their logics are also different, so I have decided to compare by myself physically presence in both, then will permanently settle in one place which one is best in my opinion.

I am planning same as you. But still waiting for the invitation.

Only weather is the main factor for Canada but other factors are better than Australia which I have analyzed and heard.

Please check the few factors:


1. Assessment Section:
Eligibility
-What about the status? In progress or Pass ?In Progress

2. Eligibility Section:
-How many points they have calculated? total points 71

3. Event Section:
-Anything written about site visit? EVENTS: 0 (Nothing about visit.)

4. Application Section:
- Check the Application assigned date and due date Where to look this i found "Application" section in couple places, please advice where to dig it, is it under history? "Application Status" or simply "Application" or anywhere else?


Status: Review required
This is mentioned by Visa officer when he/she assigned. When the file is sent from CIC to SGVO first then CIC mentioned that the document is reviewed but not verified. After receiving by SGVO, VO has mentioned this status and assign to some Junior for verification. Thanks, I also thought so that it just generic

In my Case, it is also written but the date is mentioned when it is assigned to another officer for checking and also mentioned the due date. Where to check it?

After that due date they completed the review and mentioned in Note section in Note 1 for additional document request. 4 Days later I got the additional doc request. At least you had a response


As your note section:

Note 1 is blank. So, you can not say anything about the verification whether its completed or not. May be it is still on going thats why nothing written.

Once it is completed and found nothing adverse then you will get MR, otherwise they will request you for additional documents or site visit. Please pray for my ease execution

Is your consultant is approved by CIC?? I do not think so, they r not listed though their name came up on GROUP section in GCMS note but I didn't sign any authorization form. However they have used their address as my residence address (according to GCMS note).

Dear BD Seniors,

Below are the main points of my query.
. I have received my MR (LVO)at 1st May and done our medical in 12th May except my wife X-RAY as she was 11 weeks pregnant.
If we do X-ray now, I think she will be able to only fly until before 32 weeks which is 25th of September.
We have total 13 weeks (3 months) left from now before completing 32 weeks for the remaining process (...any additional req...PPR and Visa).
Will it be reasonable to go for X-ray now and hope for rest of the processing within the above time line?
· If do the X-ray now and visa also issued to 3 of us but unfortunately airlines does not allow to fly or any other medical complicacy not able to fly, then would it be possible latter to add the new born in the application?
· If we able to land Canada before 1month of delivery, would it be possible to avail the medical facilities for delivery?
· Due to this X-ray now / or after delivery decision there must not create any complication in my application and I need your advice/guidance on this.
· Considering above could you please advise the best solution on how to proceed with the next steps?

When did you apply for GCMS?

I am little bit confused why this agency used their address as they are not authorized.

It is definite that this agent used their address for all their applicants.

It is easily questionable that you didnt fill up the Representative form, then how you used Agent?

Well, you used the Agent for your application internally then why you used their address?

I am not sure how VO would take it easily.

I dont know it would create any problem or not but it doesn't make any sense to me.

Only Allah can help us. Please pray as much as u can to overcome from this situation

Yes vaia, in eCAS it shows my address, also in the first mail I received from CIC, there also it shows my address.
my timeline is:
Application filed: 12-06-2014
Nomination: 20-10-2014
AOR: 01-12-2014

Assalamualikum wa rahmatullah. Follow the instructions step by step.
Please go to the following link.

Then click on "apply now" button.

Next, create an account by filling up information.

After that, check your email.

Then, log in to the account and fill up information step by step.

In final stage pay through credit card.

Then fill out the PDF file for order of of certificate/transcript and take print. Next, go to your your university exam controller section for verification with photocopy of your hon's/master's certificate/transcript.

Lastly, send the sealed envelope, given by controller section, to wes through DHL/UPS.

After sending the verified certificate, you can check the status of your application through wes account.

Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not started
Criminality: Not Started
Medical: Not Started

That means Manila visa office still keep untouched my file ..... and don't know when they will start processing our file... feeling helpless...
