Updated date: 2014/12/23 is basically written by cic when they reveiwed you application and you meet the fsw criteria. Note 1 that you mention
blank, most like blanked intentionally as it was too recent against the date when you applied for gcms note or have some sort of verification steps
or site visit information.

You applied for GCMS notes on 22 May 2015 and got today, less than 30 days? Is it from ATIP site for CAD 5?
