last day the status was blank but today it is back with previous status
Visa application, tracking ID No.20150519XXXXXXXXXX has been received by the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 25/05/2015 and its under process.

Feel worried now.

Sister, U don't worry a bit. May be its matter of lot (bulk) that we r dealing with. Some of ours may be fall under previous lot and someones in next. U r just one step behind as we r. In Sha Allah we all will collect our passport within our due time. Plz let me keep on ur update.

Dear Seniors:

I need your support to finalize my travel decision. First of all I want complete my landing formalities in the month of September 2015 and I want to come back BD. After 1 year I want to leave BD for permanently as I have some urgent family issues.

Few queries:
1. I want to enter Toronto from New York by air; is there any problem?
2. Do I need to carry the entire settlement fund which I have disclosed to CIC at the time application? Since I am not going this time for 7-10 days?
3. Since I will be in Toronto for 7-10 days then how I will get the PR card?
4. What is the present rules to keep the PR status in terms of number of days to stay in Canada?

Please help me to take the best possible decision!!

Apa, I am sure your visa have been already issued. Hasan bhai is correct that your passport in the next lot may be. From this forum, I had seen that SGVO dispatch the passport about 10 days later of visa issuing date.So be happy and continue your preparation to fly. Best wishes and good luck......Arif

2. Do I need to carry the entire settlement fund which I have disclosed to CIC at the time application? Since I am not going this time for 7-10 days? - Yes you should show your settlement fund at first time landing against your PR visa. It doesn't matter either you stay 10~12 days or 10~12 year.
3. Since I will be in Toronto for 7-10 days then how I will get the PR card? - In the airport immigration you should provide your address where your PR card will be delivered. It will be better for you if can provide of any friend/relative address and they can send you your PR card after received the card. At this moment there is required 67 days time to delivery
4. What is the present rules to keep the PR status in terms of number of days to stay in Canada? - You need to stay at CA 183 days (6 months) in any four years time out of six years for eligible to apply citizenship. For PR status maintain you must live in Canada for at least two years within a five-year period. During this time you must be here physically.

Don't worry. VFS tracking system is not so good. You may send email to vfs to know the actual status of your passport. I think we all will receive our passport on Sunday whose vfs tracking showed that passport was dispatched on 16 June

I have a confusion. The settlement fund which we need to proof to cic, is it including air ticket cost or not. In my sense, air ticket is huge cost from Dhaka to Toronto about CAD2000. So I have raised this question that should we show total settlement fund to canada immigration or the air tickets deducted amount

No air ticket is different thing and not part of the settlement fund. Not everyone land in canada by air.
