Whereas, caipsnotes.com will allow you to pay via any International issued Credit/Debit Card.

Dear Bhi,
before made any E-Commerce Transaction, you need to be very sure 2 things & only 2 things:

1. For International Trx: The Card (either Credit/Debit) has to be International / Dual with sufficient balance
2. International Part has to be open by issuing Bank
