I am just reading the news and feel to share with you...
I should say it is a GOOD news for who are waiting from long~~~

"New citizenship applications are being finalized in a year or less, and it is expected that the backlog of older files will have been eliminated by the end of this fiscal year. Individuals who submitted a citizenship application before April 1, 2015 will have a decision by March 31, 2016"

Congratulation's . I think you will get VISA by this week , almost all PP dispatched from SGVO ( 08/06/2015 ) to VFS for returning to applicant's, who send early and mid MAY , 2015 .

Pls. check VFS tracking


Visa application, tracking ID No ***************** Your Decision has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 08/06/2015 to the Canada Visa Application Center . You will get SMS & Email when your Decision will receive at Canada Visa application center where it was submitted.

Congratulations brother, but my vfs tracking still shows that SGVO had received my passport on May 20 and it's under processing. May be I will have to wait by the ending of this month.

Lol.. don't worry sister.. I am sure SGVO has no problem with NSUers.. Its just that ALLAH loves us very much, so HE is testing our patience.. Ramadan is coming.. Everyone pray hard.. and please please PLEASE keep me in your prayers..

I think you will get it by end of this week or early next week... They are following a general pattern, it seems to me. They are taking just below 30 days to process it. Mine was received by them on 14 th of May and only today the status changed to "dispatched to Dhaka".
