Hello brothers, I need to be clear about few confusion.

1. In my PPR, it was mentioned, visa validity would be till May 05,2016. So I think, I must have to make my first entry to Canada by May 05, 2016. Is this first entry only applicable for the principal applicant or also applicable for all dependents.

2. As I know it takes 1-3 months to get PR card after landing. So is it mandatory to stay in Canada until receive the PR card after landing .

Brothers, has anyone got any update from SGVO who sent additional docs after March 20th. Any idea why they are not giving any update?

Did you get back your PP with VISA ??? In your PPR ( Passport Request ) mentioned VISA validity ??

You completed your MED exm on 2nd May then so far I know VISA validity till 1st May 2016 .

Principal applicant's and all depended have individual PP , so it is normal all PP/ COPR mention VISA validity . It is must entry to CA before expire the VISA .

PA must entry first CA with depended or not , but depended never entry first before PA,


Some forum discussion I know it is not mandatory to stay at CA till receiving PR card but there may be some question .


Expert opinion pls.

You are right. In my passport request , it was mentioned visa validity 05/03/2016. Since I did medical on 02 May, so I think visa validity 03 May 2016. I still waiting for the passport , I think it would take another 2 weeks or more.

aktermh, aendromidous, mustaeem and all other may applicants...my sixth sense telling me that this week there will be MR rain atleast for May applicants, bcoz we have encountered enough pain ..its too much for us...graceful god will definitely consider it

Dear All,

I got my medical request on March 9, 2015, send the required docs to respected address on March 30th, as per DHL report delivery done on April 1st.

Till then no passport requisition is done meanwhile I checked the application status on CIC and found the status 'Decision Made' Really worried about the situation. Shall i need to contact with the respective department but how????? or wait for a while....

Waiting for your expert opinion.
