You will not get any notification regarding VISA Stamping..VFS will inform you when your Passport arrives to Dhaka VFS..You can check your Passport status ( Whether its under process or dispatched from SGVO via VFS Tracker)

There will be no update on eCas after issuing visa, but u will get Decision Made before or after PPR

Generally it takes 1 month to get back the passport..

Dear Brothers,

after sending PP to SGVO by CVAC, how would I be noticed about issuing VISA?

Shall I get any mail from SGVO or CVAC?

Or I shall be only notified after arrival VISA to CVAC BD?

Will be there any update on ECAS?

How long does it take to get the PP back after sending?

If I renew my passport then my passport number would be changed. But I applied with my current passport number. Dont you think it will create some confusion?

I would suggest for your passport renewal time is after your MR otherwise generally your renewal time would be Mid Dec'15.

VO suggest to submit passport for longer time of validity but disregards to submit less than a year validity, so you can submit your new passport with your old during your PPR stage.

Practically they are better than SGVO reason 40K immigrants are now in CA. So they are more than professional from any of VO offices in this world!!!!!!

I am not expert of GCMS but from my understanding of your GCMS note that there will be no any site visit for your case by CHC and your case is clean.

VO just getting delay for your case...

But according to Global SS they are bit behind than SGVO currently. May be they are more focus on processing other immigration category than FSW.

Your assessment might be right.
From my calculation is most probably beginning of this year SGVO sent those applications to Manila, that means after Manila VO received those files went in queue in FIFO method. :-\

Can anybody give me an idea that when someone 1st time leave BD for Canada with immigration VISA under category PNP with PR, how much CAD $ he can carry and also for spouse or child under 5 yrs old. i want to know the maximum amount individual family member can carry also with the limit of grand total.

Reason of confusion is that somebody informed me one can carry CAD $7000 max each and from other source i informed that one can carry CAD $9999 each.

According to Bangladesh Bank Circular regarding Foreign exchange rule published on Date: April 06 , 2014 (ref: FE Circular No: Release of foreign exchange for private travel abroad)

Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to paragraph 1(ii), chapter 12 of the Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions-2009, Vol-1 read with FE Circular No. 24, dated December 02, 2009 and FE Circular No. 09, dated August 27, 2012 regarding annual travel entitlement of resident Bangladesh nationals for private travel abroad.

It has been decided to enhance this global private travel entitlement to US$ 12,000 per adult passenger during a calendar year, with upto US$ 5,000 or equivalent for travel to SAARC member countries and Myanmar and upto US$ 7,000 or equivalent for travel to other countries. As before, for minors (below 12 years in age) the applicable quota will be half the amount admissible for adults.

This year Feb 11, 2015, a reversed circular published where it was mentioned that, USD 5000/- can be carried in Cash form. Rest the unused available amount can be carried by Credit Card/ Travel Cheque / other from.
