The greatest lesson I learned in my waiting kitchen that:

'A WATCHED POT NEVER BOILS!!'

However, is there any instance that a file rejected after PER and AOR?

A watched pot certainly boil but you must turn the cooker on. :)

No rejection after AOR unless its a subject to mispresentation. So, no worry only Patience is the key... ;)

BTW, have you had any foreign travel history?

Yes brother, there will be possibility to reject the application due to the below points -
And if VO can cover these check on quickest time then you will get MR+PPR within 60 days time or more from your AOR.....

Background Check by Visa Office

There are total 9 factors that can cause an applicant inadmissible to Canada during background check.

1. Criminality (have a criminal record in any country)
2. Organized Criminality (Org Crime in GCMS Note)
3. Security (failed background checks)
4. Human and International Rights Violation (HIRV in GCMS Note)
5. Health (failed medical exam)
6. Financial Reasons (have less then the minimum settlement funds)
7. Misrepresentation (failed to be truthful during the application or omitted information)
8. Non-compliance with Act (failed to provide any requested information/documents the immigration officer requested or failed to attend a Personal Selection Interview)
9. Inadmissible Family Members (the above reasons for any family member indicated as a dependent on the application form)

This is probably the 1st time I get pessimistic opinion from you. Otherwise you are a very optimistic person as it is evident from your posts! Please give me some light of hope. My patience is giving me really hard time!

Bhaiya,

Why do you think that from the list that you made anything wrong in your application.
Those points are very general if anyone makes any misrepresentation or hiding any information that could make cause of rejection but as my understanding is, as an applicants who are investing money and time never make any mistake by their intension. Reason there is the provision to appeal for that un-intension mistakes.

So that I never see any pessimistic from that factors of rejection.

I always be optimistic and very confident on my way....wish you could be also....

For those who got their file transfer to Manila VO can change Visa Office......: SGVO part of the left side signature bar to something like
Visa Office......: SGVO/Manila than that will be great.

It will help us understand how many files actually trasferred to Manila and from which time frame.
