Yes VFS is the only authorized agent to sent Passport from BD

U need to submit the following docs

1. Appendix A
2. Passport Copy (PA,Spouse,Dependent)
3. Printout of Passport Request
4. Original Passport

just tell them not to apply excess makeup through photoshop.

They ruined my last photos with them and only preserve the edited copy on their computer storage.

To be safe try VIP Studio at gulshan.

Yes 15th April 2015..sorry for the typo...No I don't think there is any VFS account from where u can track ur status b4 ur passport received by SGVO..

Once u submit Passport to VFS, u will get a tracking ID for each passport and Those IDs r temporary

So, what are those tracking ID's for? Also, do you have any idea how long the passports take to reach from VFS to SGVO?

Those tracking ID for individual Passport receipt..Generally it takes 3-5 days to reach Passport from VFS to SGVO

Photo Haven in Dhanmondi is also good. I had my photos taken at their studio. They have been doing this for Canada immigration for so long. I did not have to even specify photo dimensions.
