Dear Friends,
I desperately need help from experienced fellows regarding my Pass port Request mail. I received the mail yesterday after I made a CSE about my status of Passport Request 4 days back. They replied me with the Passport request mail using the same subject title which I wrote but from the mail address spore.immigration@international.gc.ca. But earlier I received my Medical request from the mail address SPOREIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca. Is it ok of these two mail address?

Secondly In my passport request mail they asked to fill up a Appendix A form and send it with my passport. They told that the form is attached to the mail but I didn’t get any form with the mail. In this case what I should do?

অনেক দিন তো হয়ে গেল কি করব তা নিয়ে চিন্তায় আছি, একটা GCMS Notes পেলাম যা কোনো কাজে লাগলনা, তাই এখন র কি করব ভাবছি, CSE Raise করব আবার?

Dear afaruq Bhai,

Its farhana & i am also from visa centre under noc 1114.

Still no update after AOR in October,14.

What should i do?

Already sent CSE 1 time at SGVO ...BUT no response.

Is there any problem as a visa centre client?

If there is any site through which i can apply for GCMS by myself or should apply through visa centre?
