1. go to DMP Ramna One Stop Office with your passports and before that provide 500 taka each applicant tressury challan and submit request for PCC.
2. go for medical at Dr. wahab and it will take 8000 taka each applicant and after medical keep secure the medical receipt i mean the invoice
3. once u are done with medical tehn go to SCB north branch with all require doc to submit your RPRF. you can provide CAD DD.

4. are you using any agency to filling assistance.

SGVO SS is synced with Global SS, so if you update global ss it will reflect Sgvo ss when it willbe synced next time by the admin.

Actually what is my mind is, if CIC stop to received the application from FSW by end of Dec, that means all VO should finish their work on by next 6 months times until last applicants process due to end of processing time in the financial calendar. So, that was the main target and I hope VO is working on the procedure in the time-frame. But as we all know that there are some other reason like criminality and security checks making delay from VO part of job. Lets say another 6 months of provisional time will add to finish all pending FSW files.

And finally at least all VO could start full-fledge work on Express Entry, that was my reason to mentioned it.

Unfortunately I am fully disagreed with your so called 'Time frame'! So far I know, there is no relation between FSW 2014 and Express Entry precessing criteria, these are completely two different system to process and time frame aswel. CIC mentioned that they will complete EE processing in six or less months and on the other hand FSW 2014 and before applicants, they DO NOT have any time frame and there is NO expedite service or Financial calender time frame!! You know that particularly these applicants have to follow the processing time link on their website, currently SG visa office taking 41 months and Manila visa office taking 16 months, which updates in every 3 months interval. Mind it, it is just a time frame, any application can be closed any time within this time frame. So, there is no justification to assess files within 16 June 2015. You can see so many applicants of 2010, 2011 etc. still in process and Security and Criminality issues are completely different thing, person to person it varies. You know US Embassy takes uncertain time for security clearance even issuing tourist visa. So, I think it is not wise to share wrong idea in this forum.

Hi Naveed Bhaiya,

As per other forum members info definitely SGVO sent your AOR already but the question is why you didn't receive it.

There might be-
1) If you applied through agent then you can check with them, as I can see sometimes agent doesn't feel important to update about SGVO acknowledgement of receive the application to their client.

2) Or if you applied by yourself then you need to check your email box even in spam folder if you missed it in your inbox.

However, still, if you feel uncomfortable to know your AOR status then you can raise CSE to SGVO. Here is the link -

I have checked your link. This link says the processing time of SGVO is 41 months!!! If it really is 41 months then will they reply if i raise CSE? Because i didn't exceed the time frame of 41 months!

The main intention to express my thinking was, basically it is absolutely uncertain that when complete assessment would be done for each individual! The website basically give us an approximate time, not the absolute one. We do not know what their processing tools, better they knows. This one understandable that they do not process chronologically. However, ofcourse throw a party if your wish come true. Best of luck for all members.

You need to go down in the website without clicking any further link site and need to key your information based on your query then VO will give feedback on that.

Brother, for my simple calculation is, those applicants who has no issue but still lying in their table for final decision, those all are big liabilities at this moment for immigration of Canada. On the other hand there is new system already implemented and it is working smoothly. If so, then how they can come out from this situation. Very simple.. get rid of FSW files which are pending to make decision and emphasize on their new express entry system. If they focus on that, definitely they need to work on their time line. And also immigration minister already declared that from 2016 there will be more invitation through Express Entry to cover shortfall of their immigrants target within 2017~2018.

Also you could know that other country like UK, Germany etc also thinking to implement of same immigration system Express Entry or EOI (AU/NZ) to promote more immigrants from Asia.

However this only from my own assessment, may be you will not agree but it is good to read it here and make a peaceful sleep a night.... ;D ;D ;D
