Yes Bhaiya, you need to fill out all of your own information as primary applicant (PA).

Congratz brother. Can I ask you something...did you put your date of birth, client ID and address telephn no.. in the online payment receipt? The receipt they sent me was blank in those spaces. So did you put those informations by yourself on the receipt ?

I keep it blank, no need to write anything as in the lower part they write that it might be different from applicant. And there is no indication to write anything in the receipt.

It is ok if want to keep it blank.
If you write, there is no any problem if you want.

In its 2015 immigration levels plan, the Citizenship and Immigration ministry pledged to accept 260,000 to 285,000 new permanent residents, about two-thirds of them economic migrants. To meet that target, the government needs to admit about 22,500 immigrants a month, about 10 times the number that are admitted through Express Entry at present. Most new immigrants this year will have to be selected through the old system, which was criticized because it was slow and operated on first-come, first-served basis.

All private companies decide their own service charges for collecting GCMS notes from CIC, and their charges vary around $30 (more or less). So, it is not always exactly $30. I have heard of some companies that charge even more than $30.

The important thing is to ensure that a company is authentic and that you pay the exact amount it asks for.

People are getting sarcastic and I find it quite normal. I too, after reading my GCMS notes, felt as if the officers suddenly vanished while they were processing my file....
