I got the letter in this format but with that they asked for PCC, Photos, MR and RPRF: my RPRF word doc request is as follows:


Dear Applicant:

Your Right of Permanent Residence Fee is now due.

Payment instructions

• You must submit the fee directly to the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

• Please write your name and your file number (as indicated above) on the back of your bank draft.

• Singapore dollar payments must be made in the form of a CASHIER'S ORDER or BANKDRAFT, drawn on a bank in Singapore and made payable to the HIGH COMMISSION OF CANADA.

• Canadian dollar payments must be made in the form of a BANKDRAFT, drawn on a bank in Canada and made payable to the RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA. Please also ensure that the Date of Issue of the bank draft and the Date of submission of your payment is not more than 4 months apart.

• FOR BANGLADESH: Standard Chartered Bank is the only bank in Bangladesh from which we accept bank drafts.

• PERSONAL CHEQUES OR CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please pay the exact amount stated in our website http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/singapore-singapour/visas/fees-frais.aspx




If we have not received your fee payment within 60 days of the date of this letter, we will assume that you do not intend to pursue your application at this time, and your file at this office will be closed.

Your application cannot be finalized until the right of permanent residence fees have been paid.

We will not send you a letter to acknowledge receipt of your payment. We will send you a receipt when we finalize your application.

I have applied FSWP 2014 under 2173 category, my application was received on 18 June, 2014.
I received first mail on October 20, 2014 and second mail on December 1, 2014.

But still now no MR or even my verification has not been done. My colleague has applied and his MR was received last week of March, also his verification done on January, his application was received only one week before.

I am really worried. Can anyone help me on what can be done....pls reply!

Two questions:

1. Is your colleague applied on same occupation? If possible share your colleague's timeline

2. Did your raise CSE?

Who applied on first week of June, most of them got MR. After Mid of June to August they(SGVO) just hold the files.

Still now its a mysterious to all of us and did not get answer of three Ws (Why, When, Where) of our files.

You should raise GCMS note asap so that you can get the file status.

I got the same mail bro. I don't think we need to send photos. Have you already paid the RPRF? So I guess we need to send only the RPRF receipt to SGVO whether we pay it online or with bank.

Hi Bro,

Would you please update your profile info because it helps to other forum member to understand your time-line -

It is very Easy, Below are steps:

Just go to right top of Screen and you will find " PROFILE " tab, click over it.

Then - On the left middle of screen you will get 3 options : Under " Modify Profile " - please choose second option " Forum Profile Information " and click over it.

Then please enter your details , whatever applicable , like :

Location:
Category........:
Visa Office......:
NOC Code......:
App. Filed.......:
Doc's Request.:
Nomination.....:

And it will show under your name ....

Yes bhaiya you are right.
If SGVO doesn't ask for any additional photograph then you don't need to send those other than RPRF payment receipt or DD including any PCC if it is required....
