Dear Seniors:

I had submitted my application under NOC-2171 which was received by MIKE on 8-Oct-2014, now I can see from CIC site that the specified CAP is already filled and since I didn't get any email so far I believe I have no hope to be eligible for this year (year 2014).

Can anyone please help me on how I will know the status of my application and how to get the refund, also how to be the applicant for next year (year 2015, if possible).

Little help will be really appreciated.

Regards,
Jewel

you can send mail to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic. gc. ca or call their hot line.

2171 capped after 2nd September. So, you can try cash you DD if you got the receipt.

Hi Apu, (Hope you are)

It is very simple...
First of all, think that, either it is required for your kids or not (not for you/spouse).
Don't feel in future that, you didn't try when you were stronger than anyone.
Don't feel in future that, your kids are unsecured (socially) in this country.
Don't feel bother in future, when your kids will require for higher foreign education.
Don't feel shame compare to other, who (BD) Canadian passport going abroad without any problem in any port.

I can write a lot of comparison why Canada is much better than BD... but thing is why we choose when we feel we are living in much better than anyone in this country!!!! We know better than anyone in this world that there is no comparison with Canada....

If you have your CA passport with you.. then you can feel how the value it has....

So don't step back and try it now and continue to try it otherwise you never ever can try in future because no body knows that, what will happen here in future....

Have courage and be kind - Cinderella

Thanks a lot Shamrajjo vai for your inspiration.

BTW I'm Vai not Apu....

Hello all,

Buzzing you all after a long tym. Actually nothing to share, no update from my side. NOC 0111 AOR on 30.10.14 and after that no 2nd line update yet, no sign of verification to office, and naturally no MR.

I am 28 May 2014 applicant, so what should I do now- should I raise GCMS or wait more time doing nothing. Any option to call to CIC / SGVO? Will they give any info, what's da update?

Bro,

I think you waited enough time... Now it is time to raise your GCMS note to know your application status.

Best of luck...

Dear Seniors:

I have seen a best possible detail list with timeline of NDVO applicants! So if we could have such a list for SGVO that is going to be a great help for all of SGVO applicants!

I have one question in my mind. everyone of us are dreaming for Canada but did you think what you will do after landing in Canada? Those who have relatives in there are lucky but people like me who dont have relative...what will we do? also who are single even married with no children may struggle for first few months or year to survive but with 02 children i think its difficult for me to pass even a single day without job. this question is burning me all the time. is it the right decision i'm going to take? in Bangladesh, Alhamdulillah i'm passing days with ease & comfort, quite satisfied with my job & position as well as my family condition. but to take advantage of better future of canada, i have to start from the ZERO !!!

I discussed with some of my friend in canada & they also told that to get an entry level job in canada in our respective field we need 02 things must:

1. Canadian certificate
2. Canadian experience

otherwise we have to deal with survival jobs. but some are lucky to get their desired job quickly but that not gonna happen to everybody. if we think about at least a diploma certificate it needs 01 year minimum education. and for experience...thats the tough call. as far as i know to get initial canadian job experience we need to do volunteer jobs !!!

these all thoughts make me confused sometime. please someone shade some lights on me .....

Same here 2 kids, 7 & 3 plus AND i am almost 40. my spouse does not want to move, he also says like HAVE TO START EVERYTHING FROM ZERO but i am just dying and it is just for my kids..otherwise we are comfortable here....SO,...dont give up...i think we, who have kids are just thinking for kids future....not for ourselves specially who are in my age. DONT worry we will be hero FROM ZERO... ;)

Bro,
Can u describe my case. Its more than 2 months. No AOR. Do all SGVO applicants get AOR or someone get MR directly?

Dear Seniors:

I need your expert opinion! I am waiting for PPR from SGVO and I have some questions in my mind.

Please see my timeline:

Application Received by CIC: August 20, 2014
PER: December 16, 2014
AOR: January 28, 2015
2nd Line Updated: March 1, 2015
MR & RPRF: March 4, 2015
MR Done: March 14, 2015
3rd Line updated: March 18, 2015
RPRF DD Received by SGVO: March 23, 2015

My questions:

1. When I may receive PPR?
2. Are SGVO going to encash the RPRF DD first and after that they will process the rest level?
3. What are the next processing issues at the end of VO after MR?

I need your moral support and your reply is highly appreciated!

Rgds,

Dear all,

Where can I endorse my full amount of endorsable cash USD 7,000 (USD 5,000+ CAD of equivalent USD 2,000) for one person?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Rgds,

Hi Bro,

Be patience.
Your time line is pretty fast compare to others.
You can see many of our brothers and sisters are still waiting and waiting. Even some are only received AOR and then no communication.

You will hear your PPR soon and nothing worry as you already done your MR.

And pray for others who are really waiting from long time.. :) :)

Answers :
1) Within 15~30 days after your MR (but it depends on applicants to applicants)
2) Yes they will en-cash your DD then they will go for next level
3) Still it is on to check your criminality check after 3rd line and then will send your PPR.

Wish you all the best...

Thanks your Bro,
Yes you can get MR directly.
Nothing worry about your AOR.
Did you raise your case enquiry to VO.
I assume your file may transfer to Manila or not....

Wish you all the best....
