I Paid my RPRF via online from Bangladesh.

After paying online have you sent the receipt to Singapore? Have you sent anything else with it? Does the payment receipt your UCI or file number? Could you please give the details?

How long SGVO usually takes to give an update after receiving additional documents? I sent docs on 16th by courier, 20th by email. how long they gonna take reviewing the docs, Asif bhai and Shamrajjo bhai, you know already what types of document they asked for. please respond how long do i have to wait?

What type of additional docs request you got..?

I took the printout of the online payment receipt and sent it to SGVO with Other documents requested...Payment receipt does not include UCI or File Number

Hi Bhaiya,

I hope you had sent all of your relevant proof and documents of travel information about your official visit in Afghanistan. Actually it depends on how VO officer takes for further examination of additional documents submission. Some cases I found within a week VO updated it by second line or go for MR if there is no any further concern from all relevant issues.

So far my understanding your issue will take time because VO may check by their own agent for further verify your latest documents submission on your official visit. If they are ok and satisfied then you will receive a positive feedback otherwise it may turn into rejection (wish not).

Means I can go to SCB to break my DD without having the returned application package in my hand?

Hi Bro,

If you have your DD in your hand then you need to deposit it to the bank soon otherwise if CIC didn't encash your DD then on/after six months of time it will be automatically credited your account in the current exchange rate (may be CAD will drop more due to USD is getting stronger day by day and BDT is more stronger against USD)

If you have your DD in your hand then you should go SCB and submit the DD to en-cash it....
Otherwise I am not sure how you have your DD though you didn't receive your application package...

I have the other half of the DD document.. Is it not enough?

If you have your DD in your hand then you should go SCB and submit the DD to en-cash it....
Otherwise I am not sure how you have your DD though you didn't receive your application package...

NO Bro.
However you can check with SCB. As I know they will require your DD (Cheque) physical submission for en-cash.....

Hi all,

My FSW application received on 30 July 14 NOC 1111 & received a PER on 25 NOV 14. After that i have not heard from CIC or Visa office to date - 20 03 2015. Is it normal that there is no updates?. I cannot find any status update in ECAS cause it shows an error message "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided." I am using ECAS correctly with UCI no provided.

I have already raised a case specific enquiry. The response was "This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2014/07/30.""

But i still dont know in what stage my application is now...

Please help.. Sad

You need to go to SCB and inform them Your application rejected and you have not got the DD returned yet. A formal application might need for encashment of the DD..As its been more than 6 months so u can claim for encashment..Best of Luck

+Take a copy of the rejection/return email from CIC if you do not have the other portion of DD. No practical necessity just to show your urgency to the person at counter.

If you have the other half it will be same day money return (or next day morning).
but without the other half potion it may take several days to SCB to get confirmation from the canadian bank about your DD.
Better go to SCB and ask them directly.
