Hi Susan,

I believe your spouse has applied for Canada Permanent Residency visa on/before 2003 and that was the reason he was called for an interview.

Well, if that happened definitely you should provide all of those information about related on Application, UCI #/ File#. Cause of interview and result outcome of that interview.

Remember you can't hide any information, rather good to let them know your honesty and they will feel your intension.

Please prepare a cover letter and send in both ways by raise CSE and courier..

Here is the link of CSE:

Courier those hard copy docs to below address:

I will suggest you to courier them as you need to include a cover letter with explanation and signature. Also you will have additional documents like copy of spouse's application/emails/mail.

So courier is a better option.

Application # XXXXXXXXX

Dear APPLICANT,

This refers to your application for permanent residence as a member of the Skilled Worker Class in Canada. Your application and all of the documents you submitted in support of it have been reviewed and it appears that you may not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.

Section 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of IRPA.

I have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by section 16(1) of IRPA which states that a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

Specifically, I have concerns that you misrepresented information regarding you immigration history.

Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application, you may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of IRPA. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five (5) years according to section 40(2)(a).

I would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond to this information. You will have thirty (30) days from the date of this letter to submit additional information in this regard. Please respond by using the address in the signature block of this email and clearly indicate your application number for all correspondence. If responding by email, please scan and attach all documents to your email and indicate your application number in the subject line of your email.

If you do not respond to this request within thirty (30) days, your application will be assessed based on the information currently on file and may result in the refusal of your application.

Sincerely,

Dear friends,
My application received by CIC at 23rd October, 2014 (NOC 4011).
My CC has charged at 15th January and received my PER mail at 22nd January. Waiting for AOR mail.

I have applied as a University Lecturer. Recently I have promoted as an Assistant Professor.
1. Is it mandatory to inform this change to SGVO?
2. Should i need to send new job certificate, appointment letter and joining letter again?
Please help.

Thanks

Hi Bro,

Sorry to say you that your file is now in red alert from your immigration history.

- You (including dependent/co-applicant) need to provide all kind of foreign tours/visa records to VO.

- Also if you have any criminal record in any embassy or rejection of your visa to any country that need to inform.

- If you visited any other red alert country from concern of USA/CANADA security agent need to inform.

You can't hide any information of your any immigration related issue at this stage otherwise you will be banned for 5 years to visit/imm to Canada.

Thanks for your answer. Yes, I visited Afghanistan for my official purpose to provide software training. We have a client there. I have included that in my Travel Info form. What should I do now, you recommend?

Congratulations for your PER.

You don't need to inform to VO as your Leading NOC statement should be Uni Lecturer. So it will not impact on your title change or promotion.

Dear All,

My spouse had a denmark green card visa issued on 2009 which was valid until 2012. She visited denmark on 2010 and stayed 25 days only and got cpr number, then she travelled around the country and came back. She never went to denmark again nor did anythg with cpr. Automatically, cpr should invalid if discontinue as per rule. I have included this info to her travel history as 25days travel to tourism purpose.

Is that should be ok? please reply

Well, then you can provide all of official documents with the related of your visit at Afghanistan. Like -

1. Your training place.
2. What was the training materials
3. Where you been stayed during your training.
4. Who has provided that training cost
5. How you got the visa either it was business/official visit or was tourist visit
6. Who was paid for your all travel cost
7. Do you have any recommendation letter from Afgan office or not.
8. Do you have any demo/CD for your training

Actually I was finding the all of questions that you can provide your trip to Afgan otherwise it will treat as a terrorist (sorry) activity from you. Because if anyone visit specially Pakistan or Afgan or any Muslim country is big issue for USA and CANADA now.

SO you need to proof that your travel was an official purpose and you had no choice to do that.

Wish you all the best
