Bro, As my job had some discontinuation maybe that's why they have reduced the points. I started my job on the middle of 2008 and left on early 2009 for higher study.I went to UK and came back again to join the same company on around December 2010. From then on I stayed in the same company. I am not sure why they have deducted points.

I am not sure what is wrong with my file that they are taking such long time to verify. But the GCMS report doesnt show anything about their next moves apart from the due date of 27.08.2015. :( :( :(

Ok..so, how many points you claimed for work experience and from when you showed the experience, 2008 or 2010?

Anyone know if one stop PCC service of DMP remains open on friday and saturday?

Ok. The work that you done from 2008 to 2009 is most likely less than one year and will not be counted. That is logical and normal.

Also, in your JD if you mention the full time period like from 2008 to current date that will create problem as they already discarded the earlier period and your in uk in that time frame.

Also have you provided UK pcc with the application?

I have showed work experiences from 2008 to 2009 and submitted my appointment letter of 2008 in this regard. Then when I came back from UK I submitted another joining letter dated 2010. I showed a promotion letter on the mid of 2013 and finally a experience certificate on 2014 which was taken before application.

So the CIC is indicating to these 4 letters among which 2 are appointment letter, one promotion letter and one experience certificates. I did not said that I have been working from 2008 to 2014 as I was not in the country during all that time. So this should not create any issue.

And yes I have submitted UK PCC along with the application.

From 2008 to 2009 that will be 6 months and from 2010 to 2014 I claimed 3 years 7 months. But in total they allowed 2 Years only giving me 11 points making my points to 69 rather than 71 which I have counted.

Brother, to claim 13 points you need to have 4-5 yrs of experience.

They have granted you 11 points for 3 years 7 months.

Ok if you just send one experience letter and one appointment letter that would have been made things easier to the VO. Since you provided two appointment letter and no resignation letter that might have been confusing for them.

Anyway, but this sill not justify the delay.

Looks like the only course of action you have now is wait.

I wanted to give as much proves as I can to justify the things. You see some applicants are being asked to send more documentation letter on.
Yes I think the fate wants me to wait for more long time to get some results for unknown reasons. :( :( :( :(

Yes I have understood that now..and am fortunate that my point is 69 and still am in the poll of possible selection or rejection.

Hi,

I went to studio for the spouse photo today. But the specification that SGVO sent is

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/photospecs.asp

which is different from the specification that we send initially.

Sgvo sent specification is 35mm x 45mm

But we initially sent at specification of 25 mm x 30 mm

Also SGVO asked about 2 copy of photo where as we sent 6 copy initially.

Should I raised a CSE regarding this?

Please provide expert opinion.

Dear Brothers,

As you know my file is stuck and still haven't got any 2nd line update nor request for MR or haven't got any physical verification yet. To know more on the case I opted for GCMS on 25th January 2015.

I am writing to share my observations on my GCMS with you guys to get your thoughts in this. I shows:

ASSESMENTS

Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started
Medical: Not Started

I thought of getting 71 Points with 4+ year employment. But had got 69 instead in their assessment and in which they have counted the job experience as 2 years reducing 2 points.

The last time they have updated my file on 10.11.2014 where the have made an entry stating:

The applicant has presented four letter from ..... Company dated: ......, ......., ......., ........

The only thing I find a bit interesting is as bellows

Eligibility Assessment
Status: Not Started
Status Date: 2014/08/27
Due Date: 2015/08/27

Security
Status: Not Started
Status Date: 2014/08/27
Due Date: 2015/08/27

Criminality
Status: Not Started
Status Date: 2014/08/27
Due Date: 2015/08/27

Medical
Status: Not Started
Status Date: 2014/08/27
Due Date: 2015/08/27

I am actually not sure what this due date signify actually. And weather I have to wait till 27.08.2015 to get any further updates....I don't know...But from this report I am unable to find any entry regarding RED FLAG on the officers mind relating to any issues. In the notes I only have found that they have reviewed my job documents initially but haven't verified yet. This was the initial entry before I have received the mail from SGVO.

So overall I am not sure when to receive any further details as I have found the last entry the have made was on 10th November 2014. And after that my file doesn't have any more things to say.

Brothers please let me know your comments regarding this and also let me know if others whom have applied for GCMS earlier have also got some due date as well in their reports or not.

Fingers crossed...Please keep me on your prayers..

I'm feeling sad for you when i see that your assigned visa officer didn't start anything. Have patience. In Sha ALLAH you'll go through.

Bro it was always 35 by 45. I didn't see anything about 25 by 30. If you did 25 by 30 then i must say you are lucky :). Cozz they clearly said that they will send the application back if photo specification is not correct. Anyway as SGVO asked you to submit 2 copy of photo then submit it. Why you are thinking about initial submission?

Hi Bhaiya,

I am little pessimistic about your file processing by SGVO from your GCMS note. Still they have pended it however by this time they should notify you for your next step.

From my understanding that SGVO still pended to review background check of your documentation though there are 69 point from their initial assessment.

I hope they are working it now and will inform you ASAP by your MR+PPR.

Wish you all the best... :) :) :)
