My application reached in CIC on 18-07-2014. I received per on 14-nov-2014, AOR on 24-12-2014. As per global spreadsheet of FSWP-2014, it would take around 40-45 days to update the status to "Processing Started". But Still my status is "IN Process".

Can anyone predict, how may it take to update my status? I'm really anxious. ???

Dear Brother,
I think global SS shows average scenario of all VO, so for SVO this statistics is not true. Besides, observing the recent trend we see bangladeshi applicants' cases are moving very slowly comparing to other countries' citizens. There are some forum members who have got AOR 120 days ago, but have not got any 2nd line update yet. So, keep patience and pray for each other. thanks.

So far I know ECA is applicable only for principal applicant, so you dont need to do it for your spouse. Anyway, are you applying through Express Even Entry?

Yes if you are applying for the first time in EE you can keep the UCI space blank. Nothing will happen even if you have UCI and applied for 2014 fSW. And yes i'm telling you this with 100% authentic reference. And that is also from a CIC staff plus our own experience.

As you know my file is stuck and still haven't got any 2nd line update nor request for MR or haven't got any physical verification yet. To know more on the case I opted for GCMS on 25th January 2015.

I am writing to share my observations on my GCMS with you guys to get your thoughts in this. I shows:

ASSESMENTS

Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started
Medical: Not Started

I thought of getting 71 Points with 4+ year employment. But had got 69 instead in their assessment and in which they have counted the job experience as 2 years reducing 2 points.

The last time they have updated my file on 10.11.2014 where the have made an entry stating:

The applicant has presented four letter from ..... Company dated: ......, ......., ......., ........

The only thing I find a bit interesting is as bellows

Due Date: 2015/08/27

I am actually not sure what this due date signify actually. And weather I have to wait till 27.08.2015 to get any further updates....I don't know...But from this report I am unable to find any entry regarding RED FLAG on the officers mind relating to any issues.In the notes I only have found that they have reviewed my job documents initially but haven't verified yet.This was the initial entry before I have received the mail from SGVO.

So overall I am not sure when to receive any further details as I have found the last entry the have made was on 10th November 2014. And after that my file doesn't have any more things to say.

Brothers please let me know your comments regarding this and also let me know if others whom have applied for GCMS earlier have also got some due date as well in their reports or not.

Did your JD or position different in different companies?


From the above dates we can assume still now your eligibility verification yet to complete.

It seems that they will accomplish all verification before September, 2015.

But why they are taking long time?

I have a query, when we get Medical Requests, are we asked to provide proof of fund again? When I submitted my documents as POf I submitted fixed deposit statements along with current account statements.. So by now the current account balances will be changed. So if the required total amount for two applicants remains same do you think it's going to be a problem?

Bros.. Need some help to fill up my EE profile. Please let me know if you have any knowledge for below issues -

Personal Details
ID Document - National ID Card information required?
Immigration history and citizenship - I applied for FSW14. But as per last week's information application is returned due to NOC cap was reached. As packages are not received yet, what should be past application and UCI info for me? should I put Past application as Yes and UCI Blank at this point?
Funds - Minimum value for total numbers of family members are Ok or need to show more money?
Study and Language:
Information for SSC, HSC required?
What will be the Field of Study for Engineering and MBA? There is nothing applicable present in the drop down list. Should i Select 'Other'?
Provinces and territories of interest
If any particular Province is selected, that means restricted to that province only?
Any benefit/disadvantage of selecting all territories and provinces?
Work History:
I submitted my application for FSW14 for NOC 2281. Now for EE, i can see that my experiences match more with NOC 0131 in my current job. Is there any issue if i list my current Job as NOC 0131 and past 2 jobs as NOC 2281?

For Spouse ECA required to claim points?

Finally, Can I edit profile after Submitting?

Bro, As my job had some discontinuation maybe that's why they have reduced the points. I started my job on the middle of 2008 and left on early 2009 for higher study.I went to UK and came back again to join the same company on around December 2010. From then on I stayed in the same company. I am not sure why they have deducted points.

I am not sure what is wrong with my file that they are taking such long time to verify. But the GCMS report doesnt show anything about their next moves apart from the due date of 27.08.2015.

Ok. The work that you done from 2008 to 2009 is most likely less than one year and will not be counted. That is logical and normal.

Also, in your JD if you mention the full time period like from 2008 to current date that will create problem as they already discarded the earlier period and your in uk in that time frame.

Also have you provided UK pcc with the application?
