He has applied under Family Physician category on 12th Dec 14.

thanks brother for ur reply. I think my wife's file is one of the unluckiest one who hasnt received the 2nd line yet though she got the AOR on 10/11/2014. Should I withdraw the file or still there is any hope??thanks

I applied on NOC 0121 category & they should have received my application by 10th December 2014. Can you inform me how long it may take to receive PER from CIO? Wasn't I suppose to get AOR by this time?

Please advice-as i just received an e-mail to update Schedule A-SECTION 8, earlier i just filled up about my unemployment time( suggested by some1). Now my question is DO I NEED TO FILL UP SCHEDULE A ALL SECTION or just SECTION 8, as they mention about it.

Can anyone suggest me that can we apply in both Express Entry and FSWP 2014( Which we did earlier)? Also as in Express entry, there is a question that Did you applied before? So you need to put ur UCI there.
the good news is, My file received on 8th Dec; got PER on 24th Feb. NOC-0112; I am also eligible for EE. Now do i need to update my UCI in EE or should i inactive EE and proceed with only FSWP2014?

Please suggest

Yes you can apply to both. And in the case of EE you can fill in the UCI space as you already received PER or you can keep that blank. Either way it'll have no effect.

The simple fact of the matter is armed with UCI & App# any applicant can cancel the contract from CIC anytime (fairly/unfairly). I suppose some of the agents burnt their fingers before. In any case it is professionally wrong not to share these info and against the 'rights to information' act.

I agree totally dhakaattitude bhai - totally wrong professionally. But do you think anyone cares in Bangladesh if it is against the 'rights to information' act?

Im applyed on 18TH DECEMBER under university lecturer NOC. I launched my application on 18th December & from DHL i know the percel received on 22nd December. But till now there are no received letter from CIC. It's been 2 months..... really worried about it .....What should i do?
& which contact number should i called???

Dear Fahim bhai, you should probably wait a few more weeks before beginning to panic. Also, if possible, have a look at the Google Spreadsheets and try to figure out how long it took for others to get their first letters (PERs) from CIC. Best wishes

Hamidur bhai, really bad mistake. 14 days does not really help you improve a lot of your English abilities, and does not probably help you to get a better score. Whenever I get a chance, I always suggest IELTS candidates to register for the next closest available date and take it as a challenge to prepare for the exam within that short time, at least for people who have the basics. Anyhow, best wishes for you brother for EE ;D

Mehdi bhai, I got PER about 4 months after my application submission date, and AOR took another 2 months. If possible, have a look at the Google Spreadsheets to have an idea about other people's timelines. Best wishes

Sorry to hear this. Looks like you under estimate the depth of the process. Good luck with EE.

Yesterday I called CIC and got the information that my application is returned because NOC 2281 was capped on November 20... My application reached on Nov 21... Such Bad luck.. I want to cry..

Any help regarding EE application process will be appreciable..

Eventhough a golden opportunity missed but It's okay, at least you tried. EE seems tough without job offer or state nomination, so I would suggest you to target state nomination . saskachewan is going to start their EE subclass soon. I know most of your documents are ready so once SK starts this try to apply SAME DAY
