No offence bro, just curious, you said that your first travelled and again you explained to immigration officer that was not your first travel.

What is NOC (no objection certificate) against your visa.
Was that your tourist visa or any official visit to any country.

Actually it depends on your appearance that how you are handling immigration officer if they ask you the question. If you tempted then you are hero but if you are tempered you will be zero.

I never/ever been any question by the immigration officer in Dhaka airport though I am travelling 4~5 times in a year either single or with my family. I don't have any relative in the airport even I don't know any single person in the airport. But I never feel that I should have anyone in there. :) :) :)

Thanks

I had 1st travel with my Spouse and Kid.. Before that I traveled singly..
Traveling with tourist visa

Senior Officer's way of talking was sort of rude.. clearly seemed I'll be afraid of them and offer something to get relieved... When I shouted and treat them Boldly, they became calm & quiet. Then they just talked to one of my colleagues and requested me to consider their procedure.

Yes bro.. you are right.. It totally depends on appearance though any of us were neither wearing worker type dress nor speaking native language, Only lack with appearance was I had kid with me and it was very easy to capture me mentally as at around midnight I wont go back to home with my spouse and kid.. rather settle with something. That's what my friend's custom officer was saying...

Everyone doesn't face problem at airport but no knows who will be victim.. and probably you are one of the luckiest... Even I didn't face while traveling singly but witnessed of some incidents.. many people face trouble at airport everyday... for example see the link

Hi Bro,

I don't have landing experience but you can go through the below info -
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Form B4
Goods to Follow List &/or Goods Accompanying List
How to Fill them...

Hi all,

This is in response to the numerous PMs received requesting a copy of my Form B4. As I did it on the system & there's no way to 'save' that, I remain handicapped to forward it. Thus, this thread.

Here's what I did; & how u could do it...

ASSUMPTIONS/PROLOGUE:
a) The form B4A is an extension of the form B4 [which is the main one to file]. Writing the B4A is a similarly daunting task, thus can be avoided. I didn't.
b) As the form B4 contains 'only' 8 rows to fill the goods/items, use only 8 groups of things. How? Explained later.

WHAT U SHOULD CARRY?
U should make 2 copies of the form B4. One for the 'Goods Accompanying' & one for the 'Goods to Follow'. Alongwith the attachments. What's that? Here u go...

STEP-1:
a) Group all similar items into one list & thus make 8 lists.
b) Type these groups in Excel Sheets* [separate for each group]. Title each Sheet. And a Page No.
c) Enlist the Columns as: Sl.No | Item Description | Qty | Value (CAD) |
d) Total the Value, of each Excel Sheet.
e) Take printouts of each Excel Sheet in A4 size paper [2 copies].

*Eg. 1.Electronics, 2.Jewelries, 3.Clothing & Personal Effects, 4.Books & DVDs, 5.Gadgets & Mobile Phones, 6.Cutlery & Utensils, 7.Home Decorations & Murals AND 8.Linens & Drapers. [the Title Heading can vary as per your choice & requirement]

STEP-2:
a) Place all jewelry in Groups* & click Pictures [Must, else they'll not be accepted].
b) Title each Sheet. And put a Page No.
c) Take printouts of each Jewelry Group in A4 size paper [2 copies].
d) Make an Excel Sheet, for the Summary of the Jewelry Sheets. And place a Value against each group.
e) Total the Excel Sheet Value, in the end.

*Eg. 1.Rings, 2.Bangles & Bracelets, 3.Chains & Necklaces, 4.Cummerbunds, 5.Diamond Sets, 6.Ear-Rings & Pendants, 7.Head-Bands & Chokers etc. (each in one group/sheet). [the Title Heading can vary as per your choice & requirement]

STEP-3: [Major Step]
a) Fill-out the form B4, as per the 8 Title Headings AND write the Total Value of each Excel Sheet.
b) Make a box [by hand] at the End of the 8 rows' Value Column. Write the Total Value* of the Goods.
c) For the Name field, write the PA's name.
d) For the Importer's Address, write the Canadian Address.
e) For the Country of Export, write your Home Country's Name.
f) For the Goods to Follow BOX [below the list rows], "Tick" it.
g) At Page-2 of the form B4, "Tick" the Newcomer BOX.
h) Bottom of the Page-2, Sign, Date [the day of Landing] & Location [write your Landing POE's name].

*U must write the Total Value of the entire goods, as that's needed by the CBSA to log on their system.

STEP-4:
a) Print-it out [on regular A4 sheets], both pages [1 & 2] separately.
b) Take 2 printouts [one for the CBSA & one for U, with their Stamp, Sign & Date].
c) Staple all the Excel Sheets & the Jewelry Sheets, into each form B4.

NOTE:
1. Do not forget to take 2 printouts of each form B4 and its attachments. One will be kept by them.
2. Do not forget to take pics of the Jewelry. Else, they'll not accept it
*.
3. Do not forget to get it stamped on landing. Sometimes the BSO doesn't ask. It's our prerogative.

*In that case they'll ask u to get it by email & visit the airport the next day for stamping your B4. Though it can be done, but u get into unnecessary hassles, time & effort. And u just have 24 hrs to do so. Which is an avoidable tension. Isn't it?

WHERE TO FIND THE FORM?
http://www.cbsa.gc.ca/publications/forms-formulaires/b4-eng.pdf

Hope that helped.

Hi,

Only option for you now through Express of Entry.

Hi All,

Understanding that sometime I am writing too much against each and every post during my free time. Honestly I am trying to feedback as much I know.

I already notified that if anyone feels hurt from my post that please reply/post on my writing then everyone can know that the post is wrong rather you just put the "Poor" rating. :( :(

"Poor" rating doesn't make sense to other's in this forum except who is putting it.

It is a open forum and I understand everyone is helping to others or sharing the good/Bad news as a family.

I hope you could understand what I am want to say here.

If you don't like I will not post anymore in future but please raise the hand that where I need to correct.

Thanks you and all the best ....

Ignore the rating bro... Just keep posting and share news and views to help each other.. that's why we are here... no other reason... ;D

Thank you for your help Mr. Shamrajjo and ignore any low ratings (I saw your low rating post ;D). My NOC is 4151 (Psychologist). I have been checking my email very often, but no result yet and my ECAS says "In process". I am wondering what does SGVO mean? Thank you for being so helpful.

Brother,
thank you for your reply. If I start my application with official passport and will change my passport when required for visa stamping, Will it be OK?

One of My Experiences: I was traveling 1st time with my spouse and 1year old kid. I had also my newly married friend and his spouse with me. After luggage booking we were waiting at immigration que. My friend was escorted by his known uncle (custom officer). I was just next to my friend in the que. He completed his immigration without any single question. At my turn I was asked by Immi officer... 'What do you do'? 'Where is your NOC'? I answered I submitted that to embassy already. They said.. 'You are not permitted to leave without submitting your NOC from Office'. I said its not my first travel. You see my passports. But Immi officer not convinced as it was his duty to insult me. I started to argue with him and he forwarded me to his senior officer in front of whom I was nothing but an accused murderer. However finally I was relieved calling some one...

The reason to tell this experience is.. I have different country's visas in my old passports.. But my friend's passport was fully fresh, No NOC carried by him and as it was his first time travel to abroad, his father attached a custom officer with him to escort till boarding. We work for same company and only I was asked for NOC and suspected by Immigration on Random sample basis as I had no one with me to escort till boarding. I could challenge Immigration Police showing my friend's case.. but I didn't want to make his 1st travel with an awesome experience...

Sister... If you want a pure BD (Deshi) suggestion... I'll tell you to contact any known person who is currently in Airport Job (Immigration Police, Magistrate, Custom Officer or Airlines Officer). Our airport immigration is not the one that we deserve as a proud and educated citizen of a country. You may issued VISA & COPR by Canadian Government as to them you are an skilled people as well as asset for them.. but at Dhaka Airport.. you are nothing but a serious criminal as you are leaving country. So, when they will notice any misrepresentation in the name, though you make them understand in a justified way, they must create a scene that will undoubtedly an amazing experience of your life (If you haven't faced that type situation before).

Congrats for VISA....

Dear Bhaiya thanks a lot. Fact is I have no one in customs, airport, immigration. people like us are very much disliked by the the society. only we know what we faced in last 7 years, and only we know how much important for us to leave for Canada.
what we can do, after check-in, taking boarding pass can one of us wait before going immigration and one of us go stand in Immigrations queue? once my immigration is done, my husband can go for the immigration? is there any place after Airline checkin I can stand and wait?? there is no other way.. we have no one to help..... thanks.

Wow, 4151 is a extremely rare NOC. According to global SS only two people are in this NOC including you. It will be interesting to see how sgvo process this NOC, as clearly they have not face this one before. May be you will get high priority and get the MR directly.

Dear Sis,

Its a big news for us. Congrats. :)

I think it will not create any problem at all. As you already sent the documents to CIC while applying and they have the record about your spouse.

Moreover, you have the evidence as well. Please carry with additional documents such as marriage photos, nikahnama and the affidavit of your spouse name.

By the way, what about the passport information?

Best of luck. Pray for us :)

dear I am not concerned about Toronto airport but departure form Dhaka airport. My husbands passport is in his old name.

BIG Congratulations for your VISA and COPR.

Usually you will not face any problem in Dhaka immigration.
As my understanding is, all of you got the VISA sticker in individual passport so it doesn't matter of different between marriage certificate and passport name.

Everything will be alright as you have all of your passport and other papers in hand.

Wish you all the best..

Dear Bhaiya thanks a lot.
