Dear Friends, I do not have national ID and i did not submit it during my application. I have received my PER at 22nd January. Waiting for AOR. Is there any chance that they ask for my National ID at the later stage of my processing? Please suggest. My spouse also do not have national ID.
My NOC 4011, Application date 23rd October, 2014 from Bangladesh.

Its optional brother. Why you are worried? our NID has no significance to outside. Birth certificate is enough.

Just relax man :)

Pray for each other. May Allah help us all

Is true we may not get the reply of GCMS if its processing delay only? :o :o ??? ???

1. SG surely went through Chinese new year couple of days back. so it might make all action little bit slow.

2. the way SGVO or other VO works even if there is any CSE if it does not have any issue only processing time then they might not reply to this and it is true for gCMS also. many expert give comments do not make unnecessary CSE and GCMS as it always make file heavy

3. I have done my medical at 22-Nov-14, and my eCAS updates with medical received on 12-Feb-15. And I am still waiting to get Passport request and some how i got news that my RPRF fee has been encased on 24-Dec-14 (it may be correct info). So what you will tell it?

4. As my medical received did not come within 1 to 2 months then i made CSE on 12-Jan and till date i did not receive any cse reply rather on 12-Feb they updated my eCAS. So getting replying is not always expected

any further feedback.

Dear All

By the Grace of Almighty we got our visa and COPR letter on 9th Feb, 2015.

as we have got visa planning to land by May, but as you know we are from 2 religion and me, my husband never traveled together. what type of issue shall we face in BD Immigrations (AT DHAKA AIRPORT) as my passport, marriage certificate shows a different spouse name (Muslim name ) than my husbands original name as he kept his old name in his all records.

COPR shows my name as PA and in the dependent section my Husband's Old name. Anyone expert in this how can we convince the Immigration officer at Dhaka airport? or we cannot go?? :( :( :( :(

please help brothers and sisters.

BIG Congratulations for your VISA and COPR.

Usually you will not face any problem in Dhaka immigration.
As my understanding is, all of you got the VISA sticker in individual passport so it doesn't matter of different between marriage certificate and passport name.

Everything will be alright as you have all of your passport and other papers in hand.

Wish you all the best..

GCMS Notes...

First of all, to raise GCMS note doesn't impact on file processing and within time frame the notes will received by requested person. The GCMS file is a computer printout from Ottawa, Canada where it will have the details of the points calculations, immigration officer's notes, program assistant's notes, details of the processing stages passed, etc.

Good time to raise it:
It is not good to raise GCMS note if you have not received your Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) then the GCMS Notes will probably not have been created yet. So it's best to request GCMS Notes when you receive your AOR. However, sometimes there can be delays in sending out AOR's and obtaining your GCMS Notes can confirm whether the Immigration office has started processing the application or not.

Good to know the minimum but important info:

The GCMS file will normally have, at minimum, two useful pieces of information:
  • The forward date will tell you when your application will be put on an immigration officer's desk for formal assessment. This is when you will discover if you have been granted an interview waiver. Please note that the forward date is not guaranteed and should only be considered as a time frame for an interview or selection decision.

  • The preliminary points assessment (entered by paper screeners at the visa office) will indicate whether the visa office is interpreting your application in the way you had hoped. If a problem appears here then you have the opportunity to send additional documents in before an immigration officer formally assesses the file.

Good to know an invited to an interview:
The GCMS file will have the immigration officer's notes entered when he reviewed the file and decided an interview was required. The GCMS notes will normally indicate to you why you need to be interviewed.

Good to know after passed medicals, and paid the Right of Landing Fee:
The normal reason for delays after medical are CSIS (Canadian Security and Intelligence Service) security checks or a processing error. The GCMS file will indicate if security checks have been completed, and what other steps are outstanding if any.

Hi All,
Please share your Experience.
Is a filled in single B4 form will suffice the requirement? I don't need B4A
Or I need to produce B4 forms for all of my family members?

Matter most Urgent!!!!
I am flying in 02 days, please advice me.
Regards.

Dear Sis,

Its a big news for us. Congrats. :)

I think it will not create any problem at all. As you already sent the documents to CIC while applying and they have the record about your spouse.

Moreover, you have the evidence as well. Please carry with additional documents such as marriage photos, nikahnama and the affidavit of your spouse name.

By the way, what about the passport information?

Best of luck. Pray for us :)

One of My Experiences: I was traveling 1st time with my spouse and 1year old kid. I had also my newly married friend and his spouse with me. After luggage booking we were waiting at immigration que. My friend was escorted by his known uncle (custom officer). I was just next to my friend in the que. He completed his immigration without any single question. At my turn I was asked by Immi officer... 'What do you do'? 'Where is your NOC'? I answered I submitted that to embassy already. They said.. 'You are not permitted to leave without submitting your NOC from Office'. I said its not my first travel. You see my passports. But Immi officer not convinced as it was his duty to insult me. I started to argue with him and he forwarded me to his senior officer in front of whom I was nothing but an accused murderer. However finally I was relieved calling some one...

The reason to tell this experience is.. I have different country's visas in my old passports.. But my friend's passport was fully fresh, No NOC carried by him and as it was his first time travel to abroad, his father attached a custom officer with him to escort till boarding. We work for same company and only I was asked for NOC and suspected by Immigration on Random sample basis as I had no one with me to escort till boarding. I could challenge Immigration Police showing my friend's case.. but I didn't want to make his 1st travel with an awesome experience...

Sister... If you want a pure BD (Deshi) suggestion... I'll tell you to contact any known person who is currently in Airport Job (Immigration Police, Magistrate, Custom Officer or Airlines Officer). Our airport immigration is not the one that we deserve as a proud and educated citizen of a country. You may issued VISA & COPR by Canadian Government as to them you are an skilled people as well as asset for them.. but at Dhaka Airport.. you are nothing but a serious criminal as you are leaving country. So, when they will notice any misrepresentation in the name, though you make them understand in a justified way, they must create a scene that will undoubtedly an amazing experience of your life (If you haven't faced that type situation before).

Congrats for VISA....

No offence bro, just curious, you said that your first travelled and again you explained to immigration officer that was not your first travel.

What is NOC (no objection certificate) against your visa.
Was that your tourist visa or any official visit to any country.

Actually it depends on your appearance that how you are handling immigration officer if they ask you the question. If you tempted then you are hero but if you are tempered you will be zero.

I never/ever been any question by the immigration officer in Dhaka airport though I am travelling 4~5 times in a year either single or with my family. I don't have any relative in the airport even I don't know any single person in the airport. But I never feel that I should have anyone in there. :) :) :)

Thanks

Thanks bro for sharing all of this important information. :) :) :)

Hi, I have applied to FSW 2014 from Bangladesh on September 24 and have received my PER on 8 January. However, I have not received any AOR yet and I am worried about it because the applicants from October,2014 already have received theirs AOR by this time. Please help me to understand my situation. My visa office is Singapore. Thanks.

Hi Sis,

I think your NOC is rare in SGVO reason you are getting little delay for your AOR.
But you will receive defiantly otherwise you could raise CSE.
If you are applied by yourself please check your email in junk folder as well.
Or if you applied through any consultant then you can check with them either they received it or not. Sometimes consultant doesn't want to inform this kind of information to their client.

Wish you all the best.. :) :) :)
