Today was the last day for withdrawing my 2014 FSW application from CPC-Ottawa VO (they have given 30 days option to withdraw my wife's file, since they got her another file in progress on SG). My wife has emailed to CPC-O to withdraw 2014 file .... They have already replied that they are going to refund my processing fee...

Dear Experts,

Today I am going to send my responses on SGVO's email subjected as "30-day procedural fairness on Work Exp".

At the bottom of the email I can see that they have mentioned 02 addresses. 1st one is Street Address (One George Street, #11-01, Singapore 049145) and the 2nd one is Mailing Address (P.O. Box 845, Robinson Road, Singapore 901645).

I want to send my responses trough TNT Express and I am confused right now at which address should I send my documents.

Another thing is should I also attach a cover letter with documents.
