Good day , I'm little bit afraid ,I can't access my ECAS . it is showing below massage , though I can access yesterday , all information given correctly . UCI number , Name, DOB etc.

Does it mean any bad side

What are the next steps after MR and RPRF.
A family of 4 (2 adult and 2 child) needs to pay the RPRF for 2 adult, is this correct.

Now, as my family is living in Bangladesh and I am in USA, how can we all send the passport together to the visa office at once. My visa office is CPC-O.
Should I bring the passport of my family to here in USA and then send all of them together to CPC-O. Do we have any restrictions for mailing in and out the passports from Bangladesh.
